Mark is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and energetic. It's actually a nice and refreshing conversation. Their monitoring hasn't changed prices in years and is highly efficacious. Even if I lose power, they call to check on the situation to be sure it's related to the grid and not my personal property. They use an app based system so you can set passcodes and bypass zones easily right from your phone. This is much easier than having to learn all the program codes that these classic systems utilize. One example: I recently called to get a wireless sensor installed on a new patio door. They came to the house 2 days later at the exact time they said they'd be there and they were gone in 15 mins. Easy peasy.

My home security alarm began beeping and it said the battery was low. I went into the closet where the alarm box is located but didn't see anything wrong. I called Frank at Eastern Security and he told me to go in the basement to where the electrical panel is. Yikes! There was a tiny leak in an overhead pipe and the area around the panel was wet and so was the floor and wall. My alarm wasn't working because of the leak. The socket where the alarm system is plugged in was wet. I immediately called the plumbers and they came over and fixed the leak. Once the area dried out, I again called Frank at Eastern Security and he told me what to do to get the alarm system back up and working. He stayed on the phone with me til the alarm all set. This is why everyone should deal with a legitimate company run by people who know what they're doing and how to treat their customers well.

While he is very Professional, he is kind and caring. He puts a lot of time and effort into his business. I like that Frank is available 24/7. While he has an answering service, He himself calls you right back if there is a problem. The materials he uses are very high quality. I have called four times about a faulty contact on one window. They now have an answering service so you can't reach a technician directly. She took my message each time and promised to forward it. The first time, someone called back within hours and promised to get someone here the next day or early the following week. That was ten days, and three calls, ago. I called again just now, got a recording that promised to connect me with an operator. I hung up after five minutes of Muzak.
