I originally called to get a hot water recirculation line installed so I could finally have instant hot water at my kitchen sink. During his inspection, John noticed corrosion on my cast iron pipes that was causing a leak whenever I flushed the first floor toilet. What impressed me most is that several plumbers had looked at my place before and none of them caught it. He flagged it right away and explained everything clearly. He then quoted me a very fair price for the labor, a new toilet, and installation, and was able to schedule everything within the week. When the toilet arrived, he noticed a small blemish and told me he wouldn't install it because it didn't meet his standards and he told me not to pay until it was done right. That level of integrity is rare. When he came back with the replacement, he discovered the previous homeowner had done some questionable work with the flooring and the toilet had been sitting at an angle. Instead of just reinstalling it the same way, John took the extra time to properly level and seat it flush with the floor, which clearly took extra effort and skill. John is a true perfectionist, incredibly personable, and you can tell this is a family business that really cares about doing things the right way. We left msg with that dude several times, & he didn't even have the courtesy to return the call & say sorry, too busy! Anyway, Romano was one of 3 who returned our call. Chris wasnt able to come by the same day but said he would call us the next day. The other 2 electricans left us with a "I'll call you next week if I have the time to come by" vibe. Translates to; let me see how my cash flow is going, & If I need money, I'll go by. Not Chris! He called us back within 30 min of our original call. Apologized he couldn't make it that day, but would be here the next day by a certain time. AND HE WAS! Dressed neatly, worked neatly & kept the mess (dust etc) to the minimum. Cleaned his work area as he went along, realizing he was in a kitchen & sawdust didn't mix well with food. Worked quickly. The following day we realized another switch wasnt working. We called him back. He was a bit confused a moment bc he hadn't touched that circuit, but was determined to solve the mystery. Our house was built in 1850. Layer of ceilings covered old wires from several decades ago. He was able to trace the wiring & power without cutting a large hole in my ceiling. Just 2 small squares. He was able to find the short in the wiring & patched the ceiling quite well too. Chris will be my first call in the future.

I had three mini split systems installed by the ductless master LLC from Fall River about six…read moremonths ago. I started experiencing leaks coming from one of the units. The ductless master showed in two occasions and after two no call no shows, I decided to not work with them and search for different contractor. I was glad to found JT Comforts. They were very knowledgeable, they came out right away, and were able to detect multiple issues with the previous contractors installation that was causing the leaks . Josh recommended a stronger pumps and with a fair price they had to redo the other contractors installation , and did it the right way. Overall Josh and his team did an excellent job of diagnosing and repairing the problem. I haven't had any leaks since was done. He and his team were professional, efficient, and kind.
