Maybe they need something in place to insure things like this don't happen but we were in the middle of a bad storm. So in the end the made good. First off the person who came was very friendly and professionally. Was done with the job but the he said the boss wanted more testing done even though he knew what was wrong. That cost me more money. Got the bill and nothing was itemized. I was a little out off buy that but let it go. Then the next day they send a different person without the part and wanted me to pay for the job like it was new. He looked at the part and went off t get it. I canceled service. The right way to do this is the person who first came should have ordered the part and whoever was going to finish should have picked up the part so u pay for the install not for someone to start the job from scratch.

One of the complaints I had…read morewas that his pricing was absurd. $750.00 for the installation of 2 thermostats, a ring video doorbell and a garbage disposal that I had already purchased the items for and would likely take him a whole 3 hours to do is ridiculous. I did not respond to his feedback because I did not feel that it warranted a response however I don't take too well to what is essentially him calling me a liar. I ended up doing the thermostats and doorbell myself, and got the wiring done for the garbage disposal from another electrician which cost me a whopping $150.00. Also... Distance to and from my house is irrelevant when you chose to come out that way and clearly have my house located in the area you serve. Anyone reading this please save yourself the trouble and do NOT contact this guy. Within minutes of posting this update to the review I received this message from him - 8/6/2021, 4:07 PM Alan J. We recently bought a new home and expecting a baby and wanted to install central ac. We reached out to 4 companies, Cmags being one, for quotes.
