Was quoted the same price to replace a valve, face plate and shower head in my shower. They call it a "rebuild" so it sounds more involved. Another guy told me that they wouldn't clean my steam boiler due to its age and I should consider a new one. And then began the incessant texts and phone calls to upgrade my boiler, requests to leave a five star review, and friendly check ins in case I had questions. Sometimes it was a human, sometimes an AI that was no help anyway. They checked the box to keep my cc on file on the form I signed without my permission. Now I have to call these jokers to get it removed when all I want is for them to lose my number. In short: Their prices are too high and you need a restraining order to get rid of them. The guys who came out however were perfectly nice and respectful.
