Their pricing was high, but you pay a price for convenience and my time table was short, so I accepted that. They also showed up within their time window which was appreciated. The work was done well for the most part. Where it fell a bit short was that they left small pieces of wire and insulation all over the house. I'm still finding it today. Also, the technician left a tool of his at my house during the job. He called me once and I said I would keep an eye out for it. He then proceeded to keep calling my personal cell multiple times to keep asking if I had found it. This was in the middle of when we were trying to move. Also, the tool he lost? Maybe $10 at Lowe's. Am I happy with the work for the most part? Yes. Will I ever call them again? No. For what they charge, they should have been better about the details.
