The roof I have now is beautiful! The quote matched the work that was done to the penny. I did my research! I got 5 quotes. I then researched the roofing material brands that were quoted. The material Charlie uses was #2 in quality and there was very little difference (except price) between the #1 and the #2 brand. Reading Charlie Roofing reviews I found only highly positive reviews including one who said if he could give more than 5 stars he would. Well, that is exactly how I feel! If I could give Charlie Roofing more than 5 stars, I would!! I very highly recommend Charlie Roofing!

He arrived exactly on time for the appointment and provided a bid the same day. I selected his bid out of three because I believe in supporting local, small businesses plus his bid was much more reasonable than the other small business. I also referenced checked the heck out of his company, and the products he uses, and was pleased with my results. When I accepted the bid, he called me right away to set the start date and time. On the day we scheduled, his crew showed up on time, on the dot, and began working. They were pleasant, respectful of my property and cleaned up at the end of each day. It was fun watching them work, they were like a well oiled machine. At the end of the second day, Carlos called to let me know they'd be back for a couple more hours in the am to finish up and to make sure everything was cleaned up. We then arranged a time for me to pay him the balance owed and he showed up on time again. Such a great company and business model, I highly recommend Charlie Roofing, Carlos was very respectful, appreciative, and a pleasure to work with. He made the whole process pleasant.

Need new gutters? Of course you do! That is why you are here on Yelp looking for help making a…read moredecision you won't regret. At least we all hope that is how this problem will all work out. When I find a reliable company that does a good job I am excited to share this resource with my community because we are all looking for the same thing, right? A small local company that is both reliable, experienced and offers quality work at a fair price. We purchased our home here in Chehalis in October 2019 and we love it here! But as you and I both know, with home ownership comes home maintenance. We knew from our home inspection that we needed to repair or replace the leaking sectional gutter system around our house. We also noticed a couple of areas that needed repair to the existing gutters around our garage, wood shed and barn. Craig, the owner of Gutter Works is a hard working professional and takes his work and his business seriously. He is a gutter expert and custom fabricated our gutters on sight in seamless (long) sections to eliminate those leaky-dripping joints of our old gutters. I am so relieved we found an excellent and trustworthy contractor that does the job right the first time and for an unbelievable price! Well, I realize our price reflects the fact that we have a 1970's ranch style home the shape of rectangle... The unknown is always intimidating but not all home maintenance needs to be a hassle or break the bank. Like us, you won't regret your decision to call Craig!

When I call he either answers promptly or if I need to leave a message he will return it usually the same day. I had him out just last week on a remodel project and I was surprised on how many times his phone rang!! Atleast 20 times in the 3 hours he was there. He answered it every time he wasn't 30 feet in the air on a ladder and was writing down customer information in the notepad he pulled from his tool belt. I was joking with him about needing a secretary and he says "I've tried that and customers get poor unhelpful service." With that being said... when his phone isn't ringing.. he is installing the nicest gutters you will ever own. All the corners joints he takes time to cut and form on site. Not like the patched in corner joints a lot of guys use. Also he screws the gutters in with the fancy inside clip things and not those giant ugly nails. I don't write reviews typically but people don't understand the hours and hard work put in when being a contractor. It's a lifestyle and not a 9-5 job. Anyways... he's no BS. Check him out and be patient, he's busy, he does it all

WeatherGuard Roofing installed a roof on our large horse barn in 2016 and provided us with a…read more10-year workmanship warranty. Despite paying over $54,000 for the roof, it began leaking within the first month. Over the next 9 years, we contacted them repeatedly for repairs. The leaks never stopped. They later tried to claim the warranty was only five years, despite us having written documentation of the 10-year warranty. When we met with the owner in 2025, he blamed the leaks on the building itself, saying it wasn't possible to properly roof a pole barn--yet somehow still sold us the job in the first place. We hired an independent roofing inspector who performed a controlled water test, and the roof leaked within hours. He confirmed there is no realistic way to repair this roof because it was improperly installed as a second-layer overlay. We now have no choice but to completely replace the roof at our own expense. In our opinion, this company does not stand by its work, and we feel misled by both the workmanship and the warranty process. We strongly urge anyone considering this company to proceed with caution and consult with an independent roofing expert before signing a contract.

Jason Geris failed to let us know the home had hazards against the city code, failed to let us know about the NEC violations and hazards that posed a threat to our safety and to the investment. (Note: our homeowner's insurance had to cancel due to undisclosed flaws and unpermitted work.) Jason didn't inform us that a bathroom can't have an electric panel, nor did he tell us that the wall blocking access to the breaker panel was against code and needed clearance to access the panel. He did a poor home inspection that didn't properly inform us of the defects and dangers present that led us to buying a fraudulent flip. We asked for a refund because of him omitting pertinent information about the home's true condition that made it dangerous and unlivable, but he refused. Then he hassled us for the name of our source who verified these things were wrong. We didn't give it to him. Also, he and his team member failed to tell us that our windows don't lock, which left us susceptible to break ins. He's not a good home inspector at all.
