When my husband arrived in the morning, they were busy, so they made an 11:00 am appointment. Within 5 minutes of arrival, they had our car jacked up. We mentioned that we had more driving ahead of us and that we were in town for a wedding that same day. Their service was outstanding and we drove away 30 minutes later with a fixed tire. About 10 minutes after we left, they called us back and asked us to return so they could ensure all our luggage nuts were properly tightened. The gentleman knew we had a lot more miles to put on those tires and he wanted to be sure we'd be safe during the rest of our journey, which I greatly appreciate. Mr auto was supposed to program my keys and key fobs, he was able to do the keys and cut them…read moreproperly but he was unable to program my fobs. He said it was my vehicles computer but I called a locksmith and when I went to them they had the exact same equipment and it took them 90 seconds to program my fans and $ 140 dollars so I contacted my credit card company and informed them of the discrepancy and had them removed $140 from Mr autos payment since he was unwilling to refund the portion that he was unable to perform. Now on 8/23/26 he has called and said he is going to report me for credit card fraud for removing the $140 of $230 he charged and WAS UNABLE to do but still wanted to charge me for. So if you use this place this was my experience here. He did do half of the service and still wanted all of the money.
