You can order online and pick up as soon as half an hour. I needed rear brakes for my Kia Sorento and went to the local repair shop. They quoted me $425 plus tax for pads and rotors. I went to advanced auto website. I ordered platinum pads and rotors. I got 25% off for ordering online and 30 minutes later had the parts and ready to get my brake job done. Even when I had a few questions I simply called them and they were able to answer all my questions. At the end of the day it cost me $139 to get the job done which would have cost me $460! I stopped at this advanced auto parts on 11-3-2023. I was trying to return a battery for my…read morebrother's truck that I purchased the previous night that did not end up fitting his truck. Three people looked at the battery and said they did not know what they were doing and they were new. A gentleman then Came up without even looking at the battery and said that's not our battery. I then said yes it is. He said nope. Not our battery insinuating that I'm trying to return a battery that does not belong to them. He was about to start arguing with me over if it was his battery or not, then he actually looked at the battery and saw it said advanced auto parts on the sticker. Then after he looked up that I actually bought it at an advanced auto parts. He then decided to say there was signs of wear even though the battery was brand-new.. then I said forget this, took the battery and returned it at the next advance and they took it back with no problem. That guy just wanted an argument and I wasn't giving it to him.

Seems like most places have no idea what customer service is anymore, however I can tell you this location does. I shop around online and compare prices, not only are their prices super competitive but again the customer service is top notch. I especially feel like a moron in auto parts stores at times because I realize I do ask pretty dumb questions from time to time, however Scott in particular was exceptionally patient with me answered my questions made sure I had covered all my bases. He even asked questions I hadn't thought about, I walked in feeling concerned and ignorant and walked out feeling educated and like I got the best deal in town. This location is now the only parts store I will patronize, THANKS SCOTT!
