I've been a tenant at my apartment for 11 months and…read morehave ONLY ever used this company but for some crazy reason, EVERY time i call for a oil delivery, the guy argues with me that I do not get oil from him!! I only have receipts from their company!!! I mean my credit card is even on file at their location. Today I called to see if i could get a last minute late delivery for tonight. He first told me that he doesn't think I've gotten oil from him. I told him i have. I have receipts. He then said, we'll just because you have one receipt doesn't mean you're our customer. I said i only ever gotten oil from this company intact my CC has been used several times for delivery. he told me "his guys seen another company" delivering oil. Even if that WAS true, which it's not, what does that have to do with Me calling for a delivery of oil? Even if it was as late as it was when i called, 5pm, the thing to tell me would be to offer delivery for tomorrow- not question my customer loyalty and tell me if i was his customer he 'might' of delivered tonight. I don't care if I'm a long time customer or not, do not argue with me about receiving oil each time i call. I will gladly take my money else where !!!!! I'm not sure what is wrong with this guy, whether it's early signs of dementia or what but he needs to find a new approach to returning customers.

Saw the good reviews and that it was in OC, had it dropped there when it was closed. Left a message and got a call back right at opening and the owner had already ordered a part to fix it. !!! He had part delivered and the car done in 2 days. He ran extra tests to make sure that it was safe to drive home. After 2 months starting running bad and shorty after threw a rod. Manager very condescending and didn't want to do anything. Told me motor only had 3 mo warranty even though nothing on the receipt said otherwise and i was told 6 month by the rep there. Buyer beware. Plenty of other places to buy at much better prices. I didn't have time to worry too much about the prices. The guy completely forged the numbers, and made up his own prices. #1 copper is going for a national average of 3.90. The guy who rang me up gave me 2.50 for #1 copper. He didn't offer a receipt until I asked. Everything on the receipt was oddly a round number. It correlated to what I had turned in loosely at best. The price was wrong, the weights were made up and he didn't even want to give me a receipt. These people will not only look to get an edge on you, they're content to completely rip you off. Don't go there.
