You walk in and no one greets you…read more I walked around for 15 minutes and the employees are too busy with their chatting to ask if the customer needs help. I was going to spend and buy a lot more than I did but I said why bother...the employees here could care less. No one forced you to work here, and I'm sure during your interview process you didn't present yourself how you do to your customers. This is not the only time I've had a similar treatment at this particular location. The Williamstown location is like day and night compared to this location. I will go to autozone from now on if I'm in Hammonton. Called customer care and 1/2 hour on hold and no answer. Take your business elsewhere.

The service writer is interested in maximum profit and will rearrange the schedule accordingly.. He is not a man of his word..I do not trust him and will never go there again. Every time I go there it is the same...the scheduled appointment is not honored and he tells you that the appointment time is when you can drop the car off..The latest appointment was to have an alignment redone because it not done correctly the first time...IE you are rescheduled for Mr Tire to make more money.

This was my second interaction with them. I had four new tires installed approximately two months ago. I took my car to another location just recently because I kept losing air. I was told it was a cracked stem from someone who serviced my rims earlier this week. They replaced stem however it continued to loose air. Upon taking my car back to Hammonton, I was informed I had a screw in it. They quickly fixed the tire AND charged me nothing. I was overwhelmed and touched by the outstanding service and care.
