He let the car roll off the tire lift, about a 3 foot drop, the car started rolling backwards, slammed into a tree, then the back of the truck slammed into the front of the car. I also heard a bunch of crunching noise happening underneath the front end, hence why some pieces of the undercarriage was on the ground! He didn't even know it was a manual car. He also NEVER took any pics, or took inventory. He was EXTREMELY rude! He also ripped the paperwork back out of my hand when I asked him what his name was. He was EXTREMELY beligerant, yelled at me, saying this was all my fault, because I missed a payment, and that he wouldn't be here if I paid my bill.. He had absolutely NO right to speak to me that way! To make matters worse, I went to retrieve my car the following day only to find out the alignment is way out of whack, the car COMPLETELY veers to the right now, and NEVER did that before. I just had an alignment done 2 months ago when I had the oil changed, and it didn't even need an alignment. This EXTREMELY incompetent driver hasn't a damn clue what the hell he's doing, so unless you want to chance going through all this UNNECESSARY bullcrap, I'd HIGHLY, and I mean 'HIGHLY' suggest you stay away from these people! The owner isn't much better, he's just as rude! Thank God all of this was recorded!!! BEWARE PEOPLE!!!!!!! I'm also posting pics of what my car looked like BEFORE all this, NO DAMAGE AT ALL!

Here's my story: On Saturday night, I drove 125 miles from Brooklyn NY to Atlantic City to a friend's 40th birthday party. I stayed over night and enjoyed my evening to wake up to the horror of my starter and battery broken. I had parked my car at the Resorts casino parking lot which had a clearance of 6"6'. My car is a SUV BMW X3. It took over 24 hours to actually find a tow truck that was able to clear that height and remove my car. By the time Done Right Towing came I was defeated by 3 other company's attempting to remove my car from this damn parking lot. DRT was able to get a lower size tow truck to retrieve my car from the 4th floor and successfully remove it from the lot. They later stored my car overnight and had place it on a flatbed tow truck to have it towed to the BMW dealership to have it fixed. There were NO scratches, nicks, broken items, or stolen items. DRT did a fantastic job moving in taking good care of my car. These guys are GOOOOD! I hope they can get more business out of this review because its rare to have such a good experience from a Tow truck company! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking care of my car like it was yours!!
