Find another mechanic if you can! These people lie and give you contradictory answers and the…read moremoment you call them on it they make YOU the bad guy. Ive had work done at some sketchy places but this one wins the prize. Had a 10 am appointment for a simple skid plate replacement. Sarah the receptionist wouldnt quote a price because she said she couldnt find it in the Mitchell labor guide which somehow changed after the work was done....but thats just a small lie she told. I heard nothing from them by 12:30 so i called and she said another vehicle was ahead of me but the mechanic had told her it would take them 4 hours and be $500. Thats 2 hours more than the industry standard and twice the price...when i mentioned that she said she was quoting the Mitchell labor guide. I guess she magically found that? She also said they couldnt get to it until tomorrow now so i asked her to have the mechanic call me back. An hour later she calls and says she looked it all up and the 4 hours was right and i needed to let her know if i wanted it done. I asked again for the mechanic to please call and explain. No call back after an hour and a half so i called to just say i was coming to pick the vehicle up and have it done elsewhere as i had been quoted 2 hrs and $230 at a nearby shop...well not suddenly my vehicle is DONE and ready and its $515. After being told less than 2 hours ago nobody had touched the damn thing and wouldnt until tomorrow. Lie after lie after lie with these people!!!! So i go in and have the audacity to ask what the contradictions are and why and this woman gets nasty with me and acts like im a bad person for daring to ask some pretty obvious questions. She then sits there in the offife trying to lie about when i called and whatvwas said until i brought up my call logs and that just made her angrier. I was told so many lies i lost track. She also tried to blame the mechanics for not giving her information i was asking for and tried to tell me the mechanic, Ed was askee to call me but he left instead so i guess he doesnt care about customer questions....yet then in comes a younger mechanic who apparently did the work and said he started the worknat 10 am and was done by 1. Thats 3 hours by proper math yet i was charged for 4. Also why lie and blame ed who was conveniently gone for the when the other guy did the work?! None of it adds up unless youre being scammed and lied to. Id suggest a dealership mechanic before these rip off artists and dealerships are notorious for being over priced and slow. Still wouldve been better than this fiasco. Use these people at your own risk but dont be shocked when you catch them in some shady lies and then they try to beliitle YOU for daring to point it out. Also ran into a couple on the way out that said they were trying to buy a vehicle there and that receptionist sarah was rude to them for simply asking a few questions about the vehicles for sale. I guess she is drunk off all that answering the phone and lying power she has..... total scam artists

Which was a couple dollars and a charge to drop it in whick took longer to unlock hood and raise it. was disappointed and felt absolutely horrible about the whole experience. Being a nice guy is fine but being treated fair is another. Being told your car had three things go wrong at the same time is very low in possibility. Owning up to responsibility would be nice. BTW I paid for a diagnostic also sooooo IDK.
