They communicated regularly and also gave the vehicle a full work up to look the see if there were any additional repairs needed or recommended. They did not try to up sell me on anything, which I appreciated. And gave the vehicle an all good thumbs up. Rob and Logan were fantastic. Definitely recommend and will bring my car back for any routine maintenance and other maintenance as needed.

Upon this, they completed the work and held my car hostage all Memorial Day weekend (from Saturday 5/22 to Tuesday 5/26) forcing me to spend hundreds in rental car and rideshare fees. Memorial Day holiday hours were Monday 5/25 only, not Saturday. There's no reason why I should meet a locked shop within posted business hours. I called corporate and they submitted a motion for reimbursement in which the store wrongfully denied, without notice with no willingness to rectify, WHEN I WAS WILLING TO PAY! Why have business and not adhere to your own hours of operation? Talk about a lack of integrity and accountability. Joshua (from deal guy) persisted to cut me off during every conversation, exhibiting below par customer service with no remorse. Do yourself the justice and avoid them at 508 Haddonfield. There is another one a few minutes away that's much better.
