My husband had a horrible experience with one of the women team members in the commercial department named Zay. She was EXTREMELY rude, would not let him explain about a incorrect part that was purchased by a dealer who was fixing a car we had just purchased. She was yelling, calling him names, saying she hope the car breaks down, etc. She seemed frustrated and took it out on him and then proceeded to tell him to get out the store! She crossed so many lines and was completely wrong in the situation. Horrible customer service! Avoid this location in order to not run into a this rude person! read more

I needed a new clutch master cylinder for my 2005 Honda accord. I bought one from auto zone edge water. Come to find out the new one I got had a spot for a fitting that doesn't come with the new clutch master the original is supposed to fit. I went to delran to see if I could find said fitting and it is not a piece that u can purchase apparently. So I want to give a HUGE THANKS TO DINO!!! he was so helpful and the problem with the old master was that the plate was bent so he took the plate off the new one and put it on the old one and VOILA!!!! It worked like a charm and he saved my car and it worked perfectly. He is the best and I appreciate everything he did to get my master cylinder to work. Thanks so much dino!!!! read more

I needed wiper blades desperately before all this rain comes today and the woman here was awesome! Not only did she help me choose the best ones and put them on for me, she also taught me how to do it in case I ever need to in the future! It was awesome to have someone empower me with that so I don't always have to rely on someone else to do it for me if I end up in a situation where I need them immediately like today! AutoZone is my go-to car parts store. The staff is helpful and friendly, even when I have idiotic problems. Take today for instance. I was changing my headlight bulbs and dropped one beneath the battery. I attempted to remove the battery in order to reach the dropped bulb (they're expensive, and I didn't want anything rolling around under my hood) and just made things worse. I stopped by to tell my tale of woe and ask for help. Employee Joseph E listened, grabbed some tools, and helped me. No questions asked. No condescension. No problem. I felt like a grade A moron and was so embarrassed, but Joseph made me feel at ease and helped me immediately. I grabbed a new bulb at the store (since I now had to replace the dropped one, which likely fell out of the bottom of my car on the drive to the store itself) and was in and out in 15 minutes tops. Good as new, albeit still embarrassed. It's that level of service and wide selection that keep me coming back. read more

I went to this autozone a few nights ago when my car battery died after I just received a jump. Only two ladies were working that night and even though they were short staffed, both assisted me with excellent service. I wish I could remember their names but they were able to put a new battery in my Honda Civic within 30 minutes and with the best attitudes! I needed to get new headlights and an air filter and really didn't know much about what I needed so I went to AutoZone. They were no help at all. I brought my old air filter in and the older gentleman picked out the wrong one twice. Finally just found the right one on my own. I was also supposed to receive a refund but never received it so I called them to ask and the young man that answered was again rude and not helpful. I guess anyone can just get a job. Today I was in search for a new window washer pump for my car and after going to two previous stores I found myself unsuccessful. However after walking into AutoZone, Shakiera (sorry about the spelling) was very helpful! She found the part I was looking for and lucky enough it was in stock.
