I have been taking my car here for about a year and I could not recommend them more. Firstly, they aren't like a lot of these shops that try and convince you that you need a whole bunch of stuff that you don't need to, but more importantly you get a good value here. The reason I use value because it's not always the cheapest, I'm sure you can find a cheaper place, but for the quality of service you get here it is completely worth it. Fantastic staff, quick service, and reasonable prices. I thought I had an appointment the other day when I came in runs out for whatever reason I didn't. Instead of arguing with me about it they took me at my word and took it in for service (mind you I was willing to prove I called and had it in my calendar,) but they took it in. The main thing I wanna point out is they didn't have to they coulda turned me away even if I coulda shown I had it but they didn't which makes me more appreciative not needing to come back. Yesterday I took my vehicle to Rob's Garage in Delran. I heard strange noises when steering and I was in a bit of a panic. Rob's thoroughly checked out my concerns. They did several test drives, put my car up on the lift and took apart the steering column. They found nothing mechanically wrong. I expected to pay for a couple of hours labor. They charged me only for the oil change. I was very surprised. Doug, Rob and another guy I spoke with were professional, polite and understanding. I will definitely use them again. Two weeks ago i had really noticed a difference in my brakes and how much pressure i needed to apply to stop. I took my car into Rob's after calling that morning. Both Rob and i believe his name was Joe were extremely informative and didn't hide anything price wise and were completely upfront. They also did not try to pressure me into making a decision that would cost more money. i ultimately went with doing the best possible thing for my car but it was nice to not be pressured into feeling as though i had no choice but to do it. They even followed up with me to make sure everything went okay! I got my brake pads, rotors and oil changed all in a timely manner with a great price. I used Rob's Garage initially as it was quite near to where I was purchasing a used car. I called and spoke to Doug asking if they offered a service to look over the car to see if it was a good car. They offered 2 options, and could see it right away. The shop was squeaky clean, everyone was very friendly, and after they looked over the car, the mechanic explained to me in language I could understand what needed to be addressed. I asked if that was something they could fix and I agreed to the work. I picked up the car at the said time, and everything was perfect. Communication was easy and great. Currently living in Virginia, having had a TERRIBLE experience with an automotive shop - check previous reviews - I needed some work done on my '97 Pontiac. First, you have to know I love my car and I'm planning on showing it one day, oh, in about 20 years! lol! My car needed valve covers, both sides, drain radiator, elbow off the intake manifold had to be replaced, air cones cleaned with K&R cleaner, blown left blinker, blown fog light. Rob's Garage had my car only 1 1/2 days to do this work. They called me every step of the way to let me know what they found or didn't find; customer service was great and the communication was clear (much appreciated). Both Mark and Jimmy made themselves available to answer all my questions. When I picked up my car, they told me I didn't need an intake manifold - great - and they've reduced the original quote by $200.00. Wow! Thank you! What shop does that? (Not too many.) The work was impeccable. I highly recommend this great shop, where they work as a team. These guys have worked together for a number of years, perhaps that's why the quality, professionalism, and workmanship of their craft is evident. They are truly proud of the work they do. read more

Went to Rob's Garage to get a quote for some of the work I needed to have done on my truck. First, they were rude to me because I walked into the office door instead of the customer waiting room. I didn't know what the right door was since no one directed me to it. Then I waited for good 20 minutes for someone to talk to me. There were 5 or 6 people in the office, but no one came out to ask me anything. It's like they were doing me a favor. So, I left without talking to anyone and nobody cared. I cannot recommend Rob's Garage enough for any of your vehicle needs. Amazing work, excellent customer service, honest, and willing to work with you. My husband's truck has 150,000 miles on it, he was having some trouble with it, took it to the Ford dealer who wanted to charge crazy amounts of money to fix things that weren't even broken. Got the truck to Rob, who did a full assessment on the truck, ended up finding half the problems that Ford said were wrong and it only cost us a little more than 1/3 of what Ford wanted to charge! He told us exactly what needed to be fixed, what could wait, what we didn't need to worry about. Truly great, honest service. Hard to come by these days. Excellent experience! read more
