First and foremost mistakes do happen but could have been avoided. I contacted the company 1/2/2024 and talked to Kenny about mounting tires I already have for my fiancé vehicle. I got the appointment booked for 3pm and told him that my fiancé would be there at 3 and I'll be there shortly after driving from work. I talk to him on making sure they take extra care of the wheels and vehicles since I know with improper care it can get damage. He assured me that they specialize in all wheels that they will not damage them confidently. They had the car done quicker then I expected so I knew something was off upon arrival and my fiancé being there I went inside and talked to Kenny he gave me the price for just mount and balance since I provided my own new tires. I always check work before paying glad I did so. I went outside and two rims was damage from the machine. I went back inside and said we have a problem, therefore we both looked at it and both know that it was damage from a machine. He offered to do the mount and balance for free thinking I was going to take the offer it like most people would. I got my aftermarket wheels mounted there when Dave was the owner and I can see the quality of work but now it's going down hill. I know it's not the new owner Steve since he was under Dave it's the manager and workers. Not being held to the standards Dave had. I'm a car guy with aftermarket wheels on my car what makes you think you I would do it for my fiancé. I declined and said how we are going to handle the situation he said he'll take care of it and wanted my number. I said I need some type of paper trail since I paid in cash with no receipt, quickly got unprofessional from him and said I'm killing him trying not to get offended. I don't know you are going to keep your word and still wanted me to pay for the labor I paid half even though I shouldn't have. He text me and said he will take care of it we was going back and forth giving me the run around for days saying he needed to get with the owners and would contact me by end of business day and not reach out. he was unprofessional from the start, After I had to put the pressure on telling him it's in his best interest to have the owner call me he finally started to do something all of that could have been avoided if he would have known how to handle the situation properly. How his unprofessionalism is making him and the company look bad as a whole. I have a dash cam in my fiancé vehicle that recorded front back and inside after reviewing the footage I can see the tire installer yank the tire out the back seat with no care hitting the door panel and marking it luckily I could have wiped it off with interior cleaner. better training needs to be make a lot of issue over torquing of the lug nuts not replacing the valve stems causing a safety concern due to old valve stems cracking and age they can blow out and of course damaging the wheels. Long story short I got the wheels repaired and they fixed the issue with a big inconvenience had to send the wheels out having the car not drivable for 3 days. Worst experience I had with this company will be finding a new tire shop to mount tires on my aftermarket wheels and other vehicles I have. Small note I always support local businesses when I can but sometimes it's not worth it to deal with the headache if there is one read more

Dave and his crew are the best in the business! I try to do all of my own work on my vehicles, but there is one thing I can't do and that is tires because of the machines you need. I can tell when a mechanic is bullshitting me, but Dave on the other hand is one of the most honest guys I have ever met. He recommends the best choices and sticks to his answers. He is willing to work with what ever situation you have and always says to me if you don't like the way these tires perform bring them back in and we will find something that works for you. If he doesn't have a tire in stock he will either try his best to get it for you or honestly tell you will be better off buying the tires at the dealership. I can honestly say I have never 2nd guessed a decision that Dave has recommended to me. He will hook you up with the best deals possible every time! I went in to their shop today 6/19/19 to get my tires (tires that I brought to the shop) mounted & was told over the phone that it would be $10-15 a tire. After the work got done, I go to the register to pay & the guy is says it's $105!!! Very nice staff. It's nice to be treated with honesty on an auto repair. Wife vehicle had a blowout I needed a new tire it was a rare size initially thought I would need a new tire. They searched for a used one first at there own doing in an effort to save me $$ They found a used one that was the same brand size, everything a new tire would have been $209 instead I walked out paying $33 and they put my donut and jack away properly for me. I had just bought a used Car and blew out a tire on my first day. The stem on the tire needed to be replaced. They were run flat tires and I was pretty bummed out. I spent the next morning calling tire places and got more bummed out until I talked to one of the guys here. The only ones who would be troubled to look at it without saying I'd definitely need a new tire. He asked me to bring it in and they were very busy. And I could understand why, great service. Even though the guy was crazy busy he maintained his friendly and professional composure. They took care of the problem for me and were super cool to deal with. Bottom line. i can't belive what this place has turned into !! this is not the good ole shop previously owned by dave and ran great for decades. under new ownership the prices nearly doubled !! my last time there (and i mean my last time there!!) the guy at the front desk called me to the side of the building, where he then asked me to pay him in "cash" double of what was quoted over the phone for tire mount install and balance. he stated a delivery was in route and the new owner "steve" wasn't there to pay the bill so he "needed my cash..." if that doesnt sound like a drug deal was being arranged, then i dont know what does. then when they were done the service the mechanic forgot to bolt my front wheel back onto the car and the wheel slammed when driving backwards off the lift. how bad can service be??? i could have been killed of the wheel would have came off while driving down the street!!! the wheels were never balanced properly, but at that moment i realized to stay far away from this place!! then last week i called and spoke with an "angel" that answered the phone. i did not mention my past experiences, but wanted to discuss my daughter's tires, in which, were purchased around the time of my last experience. she was the most rude women i have ever spoken with. i nicknamed her "angel from hell" lol!! my daughters tires were not holding air. when i asked her about the warranty she stated they had a new system and they cant track their customers warranties. so we were beat. i asked to speak with steve amd i explained everything to him, but ue was evasive. i advised him why i stopped coming to their shop, namely for the money they owed me for the over charge cash deal on the "side of the building", and the damaged lugs on my hub (that i payed another shop to repair) due to being stripped when the wheel came off. steve did not want to address. please be aware of this shiesty business. they have no good reason to be in business. read more

My wife had a flat tire, when AAA came out to look at it they said there was a screw in it and that it was unrepairable, that she could drive on it until she gets to where she needs to go. The closest tire place was Goodyear in Deptford and they told her to leave the car for the day and they would replace the tire , but they don't carry that tire it was a special order and it could not be fixed. I told her to drive it down to tire tech and talk to Dave.
