Boy was I wrong! he convinced me that a large SUV he had on the lot would be perfect for my needs and he just needed to give it a one server and put his dealer tag on and drive it to ensure it was all good. After a year of hearing "the parts are in and or I just drive it and make sure it's OK" I finally received the overpriced, barely running, undrivable, unsafe, vehicle with a bogus title. It wasn't until I called him on the title that he offered to return my money because he " had it now" but not when I asked for it the many times before. Since this cost me in many ways, I also asked that he rewire my F250 so I would have a local truck to use, he agreed picked it up, parked it in the lot and has not touched it in months. Also he does not have a dealer's license, he's using a borrowed tag. Miles and Miles of lies!!! if he would do this to somebody he's known for over 28 years who just suffered great loss, imagine what he could do to someone he just met. Do not trust Fred White or anyone at Miles auto!

I even had an opportunity to meet the owner's parents while there! The prices for the parts and labor were very fair and way cheaper than had I taken it to a BMW dealer. I choose them after doing a lot of research on local auto repair shops in the area, including Wilmington, DE. This place is about 30 minutes away from my home or a $38 Uber charge each way, but well worth it with the attention to detail and reasonableness of the costs. They were busy so I ordered two tires and informed Brandon that I would be there for open the next morning. Went back Saturday morning at 7:45, they open at 8am. Brandon was already there working. Pulled up behind car he was working on. Then when that guy left, was asked to pull into spot he was in. Staff began to show up. Other clients began to show up. The staff worked on and finished 3 other cars before completing mine. I was there for over an hour and had to complain to get them to work on my vehicle. I couldn't leave as they had already removed my two tires that needed to be replaced. I truly believe that I was ignored because I am a woman. They were eager to help all the men waiting around, but didn't even acknowledge me. I always pay cash there, I always tip, and I bring 4 vehicles there as needed. My family will not be utilizing this shop anymore. When I asked why my vehicle wasn't being worked on, I was told that the staff were told to do it first. Funny how they did it last and not first. Either the staff doesn't respect management or they don't understand that priority is first come first served...or at least that is how it has been there for the last 15 years that I have gone there.

I drive my car a lot and need tire repairs and replacements more often than normal... Up until recently, I had a few places that I would go in Camden for repairs and cheap used tires. Their service was always great. But the price for used tires in an emergency turned out to be quite a bit more than I had to pay if I had simply looked outside of where I normally went... A bad experience with one of these usual places is the reason that I found Harry's. A new tire for my car cost $200. A used tires at my former tire repair places cost $75-$80.. and they weren't in the best shape...crappy tires. At Harry's, all of the tires that I've gotten from him have been at damn near new condition. And to top it off, at half the price of what I was previously paying. Always friendly, and their customer service is great. You can't beat this place for a temporary or permanent tire replacement.

I pulled into Monty's, which I knew nothing about, and crossed my fingers for the best. The guys were able to take a look at my car pretty quickly. One of the mechanics came over with a twisted piece of metal he pulled out of my tire. Miraculously, they were able to save the tire with a patch, which only cost me $26. I'm so grateful these guys were able to fix up my tire without the need to purchase a new one. If I lived in the area, these would be my go-to car guys!
