Pulled up behind car he was working on. Then when that guy left, was asked to pull into spot he was in. Staff began to show up. Other clients began to show up. The staff worked on and finished 3 other cars before completing mine. I was there for over an hour and had to complain to get them to work on my vehicle. I couldn't leave as they had already removed my two tires that needed to be replaced. I truly believe that I was ignored because I am a woman. They were eager to help all the men waiting around, but didn't even acknowledge me. I always pay cash there, I always tip, and I bring 4 vehicles there as needed. My family will not be utilizing this shop anymore. When I asked why my vehicle wasn't being worked on, I was told that the staff were told to do it first. Funny how they did it last and not first. Either the staff doesn't respect management or they don't understand that priority is first come first served...or at least that is how it has been there for the last 15 years that I have gone there.

Stay away from Tires Plus in Williamstown! Poor service…read more. Poor quality of work.. Poor customer satisfaction... Been a customer there and in Berlin for several years but never again! Rather than be upfront on time it would take, kept telling us " a couple of hours". We (my friend and our service dog) ended up being there from 9:30 to 6:00! Told us our tires were "worn" but never showed us the tire (steel belts poking out)! Said they wouldn't rotate our tires as they were too worn but isn't that the idea? Front End alignment still showed red but no explanation as to why. Drove out and car was still pulling. The next day we went to Mr. Auto in Berlin to get tires rotated. They showed us the bad tire, and we immediately replaced them as it was a safety hazard. Don't you think we would have done that if Tires Plus showed us the tire? Area manager denied all accountability and showed no commitment to customer satisfaction. Spend your time and money elsewhere ....
