Upon arriving at the store, I asked the guy at the first register if they had trim clips. He said, politely, "I don't know. He'll help you when he's free," nodding at the middle guy. So I asked about the trim clips. They don't carry them. He said, "There's too many different kinds." I said, "Well, what kind of parts do you have?" He said, "Hard parts. Brakes, rotors, things like that." I asked him the price for brakes for my car, and....less than $70 each!!! He said, "They cost more because it's a fancy car." The price for "regular" brakes? Less than $40!!! I was outraged. Told him that I don't need brakes just yet, but will come back when I do. He said, "I got a guy who can do them for you." Awesome. I found a good guy near me, but will absolutely do a price comparison. I suspect the markup on brakes is very, very high, although labor costs make up the bulk of the charges for new brakes. While I didn't get the trim clips, and also didn't drive long enough to get the inspection done, I am very happy to have found this parts store! Most of the inventory is behind the counter, but fluids etc are on accessible shelves.

I arrived early in the morning around 8:00 a.m., hoping it wouldn't take too long--and it didn't! As soon as I pulled up, someone immediately started checking out my car. My tire was deflating and I wasn't sure what had happened. Within about 20 minutes, they found a nail in my tire, patched up the tire , and had me back on the road. The service was quick, affordable, and I was still able to make it to work on time. Bonus: They have a really nice pet surprise inside that I absolutely loved--it made my morning!

Well. Turned out that the guy sold me the WRONG headlight bulb. My brother attempted to install the…read morenew bulb (wearing gloves) and it didn't fit. At all. So I returned to the store, with the correct bulb taken from my car. They were very nice and allowed me to exchange the opened incorrect bulbs for the correct bulbs, which were fortunately on sale. Idk how they sold me the wrong bulbs, since I provided the make and model, but all's well that ends well. It did turn out that a DIFFERENT bulb was out. The ones that I replaced worked. Sigh. I don't remember who decided which bulb was out.

Yesterday my car died…read more Straight up DIED-- On the highway on my way to work, smoke was coming out from under the hood, and the car started slowing down by itself. I pulled over, shut the car off, calmed myself down, tried to turn it back on... and it wouldn't start back up. After I got a ride to work (which is another story in itself), had my car towed from off the highway, and had it looked at... I was told the motor was blown. That's definitely not worth the money to fix. My car was now a piece of scrap metal, ready for the junk yard. In comes T-Rex Recycling. They made this distressing and inconvenient situation go away as quickly and as smoothly as possible. They picked my car up directly from the auto shop, helped me get my stuff out of my car, took the plates off for me, and gave me $100 cash for the junk car. All I had to do was sign the paperwork. I'll definitely be using T-Rex in the future for all my junking needs... although I hope I never have to. RIP Bangin' Wagon-- you were good while you lasted.

After making several calls to other places, I called T-Rex and they were the only ones who would come the same day, tow it away at no charge to me AND they paid me more than the 3 other places I had called! Very professional, knowledgable, and prompt. They even called me when they were close by to let me know they were on time. I highly recommend this company and would use them again!
