I had stopped by another shop on Friday and made an appointment for Saturday morning at 8am. It is tough enough to find a place that has weekend hours but even tougher to find someone who will get you in last minute. I called "3 Brothers Auto Repair " and the gentleman I spoke with was very nice and accommodating. I told him I could be there in about five minutes and he gave me several landmarks so it would be easy for me to find the place. I met Rashid and he was an absolute pleasure. I explained what happened at the prior shop and he was very helpful and said that he'd be happy to work on my car. We had a nice conversation and he had a lot of customers coming in. Some needed inspections while others needed tires or tune-ups, and some just recited the famous line that we all know and love "can you hook up that machine because my car is making a noise and I'm not sure what it is?" There was another customer there who told me she gets all of her car repairs done at " 3 Brothers" and she's always satisfied. Although they were getting busy, Rashid was willing to help everyone and work out a schedule that suited the needs of the client. If you are looking to do something quick like an oil change or if you need that new exhaust, stop by and ask for Rashid.
