Once again, I should of checked Yelp first. The staff of this store was HORRIBLE. Rude, unmotivated, and incompetent. A half a dozen employees, and I was the only customer there. Everyone I asked for assistance either blew me off, or directed me to someone else. When I went to pay at the counter, two employees directed me to a third...who told me she was busy...and I had to wait. RUDELY. This is for a simple off-the-shelf purchase. Pleasantly surprised by this locations customer service! After a 3 hour trip from PA to Long Island, my battery died. I jumped my car in order to get to this location. The gentleman who assisted me with the purchase was understanding and took a look at my vehicle. He agreed the purchase would help but also made suggestions. After purchasing the battery, Destiny replaced the dead battery for me! All of this happened in under 10 minutes. I feel confident traveling back to PA today! read more

One of their employees told me my car would have to be destroyed if the fuel door couldn't open. Now I'm no mechanic, but that's a huge exaggeration for a broken latch. I was counting on him to help me with my problem, not cause me emotional trauma. Never going back there! read more

I'm an old guy who's been building, repairing cars, Vans & Motorcycles as a Hobby and for extra cash for over 6 Decades. Of all the places I've ever shopped for Auto Parts -- Auto Zone is the bottom of the Barrel. The employees are not very astute when it comes to the stock. Standing in line for no less than 20 minutes is just ridiculous and everything in this particular store runs at 2 speeds "Slow & Stop" Advance auto parts across the street is no better -- either what you require is "Out of Stock" or you can just stand there & wait & wait and hopefully someone will notice you breathing and waiting -- bunch of Prima Donna's. What the heck ever happened to the Speed Shops of Ancient Times ?? Just started ordering from Rock Auto -- great prices and get my order the same week -- I'd rather wait for the Mail than wait for some imbecile behind the counter thinking about their Lunch or Next High ! read more

Hansley was amazing, he helped me find the right part for my car (a bulb that I got the incorrect type for my make/model), and even put it in for me--showing me how it was done, for future knowledge, which made it less intimidating. Very helpful employee. The girl went over and beyond to make sure I was satisfied when installing a headlight for me. High quality of customer service is what makes a repeat customer. If I could give zero stars I would. I will only go to advance auto parts from now on. The workers there are by far more helpful but more importantly they are a lot nicer. Everyone at autozone in mastic is so rude every time I go there. The icing on the cake was the other day I waited on line over twenty minutes to have them test my battery (previous owner bought it from autozone and it has a warranty) and when it's my turn they tell me they can't do the free services until they knock down the line... the line I waited on too. No problem I'll just buy a battery from advanced auto... so ridiculous. read more

This place is the worst, i dont know if the overpriced parts are the worst part or thier employees who have 0 customer service skills are rude and have no idea about auto parts... the guys/girls behind the counter are running around like chickens without heads.. understaffed and just in general uneducated in automotives... they prob get paid min. wage so u cant really expect them to be engineers... i have sworn off auto zone and now go across the street to the other large auto parts store.. where they are CHEAPER! .. My boyfriend and I went to buy a headlight for our car last week, but were unsure of how to put it in our car. Mike and Thomas were so extremely helpful and offered to put in our headlight and they did it very quickly. They were very professional and very friendly. Work six days a week. Just have Sunday to do anything. Ordered a part Sunday morning and was told it would be at the store by 4:00. Waited all day and when I called up my part was never put on the truck. Now I'm without a car for work on Monday. Amanda was a total piece of shit when it came to helping me. She needs a refresher course in customer satisfaction. I'm done with Autozone and I spent a lot of money there. If I can convince one person not to go there, It will be worth writing this. read more

Service here is incredibly slow, nobody working here seems to know what they're doing. Every time I go in here I either end up waiting 20 minutes in line or get held up at the register for a half hour because the person working doesn't know how to work the computer or has no concept of time. There is no sense of order in this store, its a mess. Do yourself a favor and go to advance autoparts across the street and be in and out in 5 minutes. read more

The team at this auto zone are very helpful and stand by their products. The assistant manager that worked Sunday 10/23/2016 was likely the nicest and most professional employee that I've encountered. Strongly recommend this store. read more
