The service quality at Splash Auto has improved significantly through out the years and I was impressed by how fast and courteous the customer service was. I visited Splash Auto for a last minute service because I was headed out with some friends and I didn't want my car looking dusty. I paid $40 after tax for their "Basic" service. Which included hand dry, vacuum the interior, clean windows, dash got the instrument panel dusted. All well needed and impressed. The wait wasn't too long either especially when the customer service team was extremely friendly. Definitely worth the $40. Their prices range from $40 all the way to $70 after taxes but you won't be disappointed with how amazing they'll leave your car. I paid $48.87 to get my car the Gold service and I had to be point out areas that need to be vacuumed and blown out. The rubber mats were still dirty and I had to tell the attendant that when I wash them at home they don't look duty as they do when they splash water on them. The dash boas and doors were not wiped armor all so they looked dull. The attendant told me it would be $20.00 extra to wipe the dashboard with armor all. This is the worst service I have sent $50.00 on a half of $100.00 to clean my car. I would not recommend this place. Not worth the money spent. read more

Cool car wash by my house. My car was covered in thick salt & dirt from the snow slush that got on my car. The waiting area is nice. They have a table where you can sit at to eat, and free coffee/tea/hot chocolate. You can also pick a little tree air freshener if you get the gold package. I was in at 10:45 and my car was done at 11:15. They were as quick as can be and did. Really good job. They cleaned my floor mats, and vacuumed under my floor mats. So I went to the car wash with my friend and I awnsered my phone I put my car keys down and forgot them there...I didn't relize till 2 hours later I lost my keys so I called this place literally 20x no awnser!!!!! So then I call again finally the girl awnsered and she said they were closing!!!! I told her please wait I was literally at the light by home depo on Floyd and they couldn't wait 5 mins to give me my keys!!!!!! This was one of the best car washes I've gone to in a while! When I arrived it was crowded (a positive sign), but they had a lot of people working and processed the other customers quickly so no complaints there. The man who greeted me at the car wash entrance has apparently been working there for years. He was very polite and handled the car with care which made me feel like my car was in good hands! I selected their top wash package, the Gold Package. It is fairly priced for everything that is included. The employee assigned to my car did a great job - the inside was vacuumed, shined, smelled fresh, and the outside sparkled. He spent a lot of time with the car too so I feel like I got my money's worth. I will definitely be taking my car here again in the future! read more

This is my first time coming after they reopened and I must say I'm impressed. The old owner didn't do a good job with cleaning cars and I went to the next town for a car wash to avoid this place. After the new owner took over they seem to be more organized and cleaner. Everything is shiny and the staff is really friendly. They operate this car wash very professional. these people slashed my leather seat . I reported it, sent a picture and gave them the license number. They claimed the cut was there before. it definitely was not. I have better things to do with my time then make up this incident. I showed it to the people servicing the car at the time and they just smiled as if they did not u derstand English. I reported it to the manager and he said he saw it in the video and I could come over and view it . If the video existed he should have been able to send it to me. There could be no proof of the slash being there before the service because it WAS NOT. They are dishonest and could care less about their responsibility for damage they create. read more

Extremely impressed with Splash Auto Spa in Shirley. The location could not be better, directly off of William Floyd Parkway. Everything in this car wash is state of the art including all new foam equipment that is swirl resistant. Splash Auto Spa has a variety of car wash packages, the Gold Wash being my personal favorite, along with many additional add-on options for a fair price. I have been to Splash Auto Spa two times. I got the Gold package car wash and a hand wax. Upon completion is was astonished at how my 2016 BMW looked brand new, just as how I had recalled it looking the day I picked it up from the dealership!
