The self car wash is fair priced, effective and overall decent value. The review is low because…read moreafter regular business hours the self cleaning spots are taken by drug users just hanging out. They are not cleaning their cars, just taking up spaces and making real patrons feel unsafe. My recommendation to the business (as tax payers) is to either get on the phone with the police and demand some more patrol, hire security or shut down in the evening. The recommendation is your duty and responsibility to the community. I travel here to clean my vehicles because the self cleaning bays are good and this place is opened the only time I can get over (at night). There is something you can do to correct this.

Took my pickup through the wash and the entire back end came out barely wet, what am I even paying for?! And then there's the vacuum situation. Anyone can just drive up and use them without paying a dime. Meanwhile you're standing there waiting for a vacuum you actually paid for while someone who paid for nothing just helps themselves. The staff doesn't do anything about it and yeah, it's not really their job, but then whose is it? Put the payment kiosk in front of the vacuums NOT after, get a camera, get something.

After a year of lock-down plus at least the year of "i'll do it tomorrow" it really needed some TLC. My goal, get a Wash to see if there was a need to go into a deeper detailing service. As the car has leather seats, and full WeatherTech floor liners, getting out the dust and crumbs should be easy sledding. Not so fast apparently. I again chose the highest service wash they offer and as I got out of the car the attendant looked in the car and said "We can't do that for your car". After I questioned why, he replied that the car was too dirty and needed an appointment to have detailing done. I said I just wanted to have the service complete and I would decide if I needed additional services after I saw the outcome. to this he told me, "We can do the outside, not inside". I asked "Don't you have a vacuum?" the reply came and stunned me "Not for your car. You haven't been here in two years." The kicker to all this is when I said to him "I don't understand" of course meaning "I do not understand how a Car Wash is refusing to WASH a CAR because it is too dirty, his response in Broken heavily accented English was "Do you speak English?" THAT'S IT. Final Straw! Camels back is Broken. I will never be back here again.
