Well now they look new.. like glass !!! I'll be able to see better at night. It was becoming an issue for sure, and that's why I was definitely going to just replace . But Danny fixed that.. MY HEADLIGHTS LOOK NEW!! Oh happy day!! Im really glad I finally went today. My interior is awesome now. The 22 year old carpet looks as if it's NEW. I feel like I'm in a different car. They did a really good job. Exterior looks great - like 10 years or more newer. INTERIOR - WOW!!! So impressed! Who's car is this!! This was worth the drive! I got in my car to leave and when I sat down, it was like I was in a different car. A much newer and cleaner car. The shifter is so clean and different looking. Like a nice leather or rubber material.. in like a really good way. It makes you think, my god, how dirty was it. Then it's almost embarrassing... but then I became happy again because I just love what Danny did to my car. I honestly had no idea this car had such nice carpeting until this detailing. They look amazing. A week later I'm still loving it. Headlight polishing made visibility at night back to normal - as If new. If I was to sell this secondary car, I am certain it's more valuable now I believe in letting someone know when they did a great job. Well I'm thrilled!! So there you go.

We are a large dealership and we had a horrible experience with Rudy. He was A NO SHOW for his…read moreappointment he made with us. He made no courtesy to even give us a CALL BACK, NO REACH OUT for information, and instead of making it right, he just pushed us away. I guess he does not have any workers and he is new to the business or lacks communications skills. He had the potential to be our "go to guy" for 20 - 30 trucks monthly (plus -estimated) and he blew that opportunity on numerous accounts. Myself and my co workers just gave him 5-7 chances in less than a day to "Make it right" and he still blew us off. I am unsure how other businesses run, and or civilians run, but we gave Rudy the benefit or the doubt... and he instead of doing the right thing, failed and pointed fingers instead of just "showing up." Very disappointing. Did not even get a chance to see his "work." Will not recommend him to anyone and will repeat this post once he keeps trying to delete it as I am sure he will. Thank you Rudy for all of the run around. We counted on you for your business, as a business ourselves I hope you learn from your mistakes as we just did. I would give you less than a star if that was an option, but, they made me pick something. Choose wisely folks. Integrity and first impressions. "You never get a second chance to make a first impression." Rudy, we gave you how many chances? Even let you send other workers down? In Two days? Three? To see if you could overcome the mess you created... and... no outreach, no apology, and still... no clean truck. Thank you for your efforts. (Enter sarcasm). We will give another young entrepreneur with a better business ethics our many trucks and money to help him/her and employees. I am sure they will be more appreciative of the hand outs. Good day. :)
