I really needed my car running smoothly for Monday morning. I was not aware that Subaru batteries are quite difficult to take out and replace with a new battery. I received great service from the parts and sales manager, Mr. Timmy Hunt. Mr Hunt methodically extracted the failing battery and then replaced it with a brand new one from AutoZone. He was very professional and extremely patient in removing the cables and then replacing the new battery exactly where it should be and secured it in place.
