Needed an inspection sticker at the last minute. I was in and out within 25-30 mins. Clean waiting area. I'll be back again!

I have been here twice with my Toyota Corolla 2016 for oil change. The man is very honest and up…read moreforward about the issues on your car. My car's oil filter housing was tighten to tight and he wanted me to buy a new one in case that it breaks . The oil filter housing is made of aluminum. They ended up removing without breaking it. I just returned the oil filter housing to the dealership. I would recommend him for the quality of service for the price

I brought my car here after noticing a leak underneath my vehicle. I didn't initially know what the…read moreleak was, but I was told that it was power-steering fluid and that I needed to replace my steering rack. I was told the repair would cost somewhere between $2,000-$3,000, and I was also told, "If I were you, I'd get a new car." Because that was a major repair and a significant amount of money, I decided to get a second opinion from JT Auto in Braintree. JT Auto inspected my vehicle and found that my steering rack was actually still good and did not need to be replaced. They found that the power-steering fluid was coming from an issue with the hose/line connection, along with an alignment issue and damage to a rear component from the road impact I had experienced. I'm extremely grateful that I got a second opinion because I could have spent thousands of dollars replacing a steering rack that didn't need to be replaced. I was also told I should consider getting another car, which made me believe my vehicle was in much worse condition than it actually was. I understand that mechanics can have different diagnoses, but being told I needed a $2,000-$3,000 steering rack and that I should get another car, only to have another shop inspect it and tell me the steering rack was fine, was extremely frustrating. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to a major repair here.

I had tires installed by Sullivan Tire, and about a year later one wheel developed a bead/rim leak…read more At first, I simply added air every so often and didn't think much of it. As time went on, however, the leak became more frequent, and eventually other wheels began showing the same symptoms. When I finally removed the wheels and inspected them, I found that three of the four wheels had very similar issues. All three had bead leaks, and the leaks were occurring at or immediately adjacent to the clip-on wheel weights. Two of those wheels also had additional bead leaks in other areas of the rim. I also noticed that old adhesive residue from previous stick-on wheel weights had been left on the inside of the rims, which made me question how thoroughly the wheels had been prepared and balanced. I've owned vehicles for over 30 years, and while I understand that a single tire can develop a rim leak over time, I've never experienced three out of four wheels developing nearly identical bead leaks. One leaking wheel could easily be normal wear or coincidence. Three wheels showing the same pattern, including leaks right next to the clip-on wheel weights, made me question whether there was a problem with the original tire installation, bead preparation, wheel-weight installation, or balancing process. I brought my concerns to Sullivan Tire because I felt this pattern deserved a careful inspection before assuming it was simply normal wear. Instead, I was told I would have to pay to have the wheels repaired. I was disappointed that the possibility of a workmanship issue wasn't given more consideration before asking me to pay again. Because I no longer have confidence in the original installation, I now have to take my vehicle to another professional tire shop at my own expense to remove all of the wheel weights, inspect the wheels, clean and reseal all four bead seats where necessary, and rebalance all four wheels. I don't believe a customer should have to pay a second time when three of the four wheels develop the same type of problem after the original installation. At the very least, I expected Sullivan Tire to thoroughly investigate the repeated pattern of leaks before asking me to pay for additional repairs.
