I work in retail and if i am helping someone on the phone I excuse myself to make the customers in the store feel welcomed and let them know that it will be a few mins. They could have addressed me but neither the woman or male employee. This is by far the first bad experience in that location. I left and went to autozone, 3 mins away due to this.

I visited the Randolph location on 7/24/23 to purchase a washer pump for my vehicle. I needed the part ASAP for an inspection sticker so I had it shipped the next day a $12 fee. When I got home I looked up the part using the receipt and found it to be the wrong part. I went back to AutoZone (I live less than a mile away) and told the manager it was the wrong part. He said you have to wait for it to come in to return it. He said it has to be physically here for returns. I came back the next day after it arrived and asked for the refund. I was refunded the cost of the part but not the shipping. The manager said that was on me because I requested express shipping. I explained that I did not order the wrong part you did, and I asked you less than an hour after to cancel it and you said wait for it to come in. This was not my error it was AutoZone error and I should NOT have to pay for AutoZone error. The cost of the shipping was $12 and I don't care if it was another department or FedEx I did not order the wrong part this is on AutoZone NOT me. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!

I have a 20/20 Subaru Forester and the battery was completely dead on a Saturday morning. It would…read morenot hold a charge even after AAA road service came and charged it. I really needed my car running smoothly for Monday morning. I was not aware that Subaru batteries are quite difficult to take out and replace with a new battery. I received great service from the parts and sales manager, Mr. Timmy Hunt. Mr Hunt methodically extracted the failing battery and then replaced it with a brand new one from AutoZone. He was very professional and extremely patient in removing the cables and then replacing the new battery exactly where it should be and secured it in place. I sincerely appreciate the time and service on a late Saturday rainy afternoon and would definitely recommend AutoZone at this location by Mr. Hunt. JER

Yesterday, when I bought a part before they closed (at 5:40 pm), it wasn't the right part, and because I came back the next day, they literally gave me a gift card instead of refunding my money. Now I feel forced to come back and spend the money on that gift card. I spoke with the manager and explained how it was possible to come back the same day if you were already closing; that can't be legal. In my humble opinion, I'm going to take them to court for this. Not refunding my money within 24 hours of purchase is illegal.
