John got me scheduled over the phone, and when I came in a few days later processed me quickly, and sent me on my way. Got a call later that afternoon with an initial diagnosis, estimate range for repair cost and schedule. Was pricey but he wasn't pushy or anything. Chose to move forward. John called a few days later when the car was done. Gave me his findings, came in under his estimate, processed payment over the phone and a contactless pickup at my convenience closed the deal.
