    I visited the Randolph location on 7/24/23 to purchase a washer pump for my vehicle. The gentleman…read moreordered it online for me and said it would take at least 3 days to come in unless I wanted to pay for express shipping. I needed the part ASAP for an inspection sticker so I had it shipped the next day a $12 fee. When I got home I looked up the part using the receipt and found it to be the wrong part. I went back to AutoZone (I live less than a mile away) and told the manager it was the wrong part. He said you have to wait for it to come in to return it. He said it has to be physically here for returns. I came back the next day after it arrived and asked for the refund. I was refunded the cost of the part but not the shipping. The manager said that was on me because I requested express shipping. I explained that I did not order the wrong part you did, and I asked you less than an hour after to cancel it and you said wait for it to come in. This was not my error it was AutoZone error and I should NOT have to pay for AutoZone error. The cost of the shipping was $12 and I don't care if it was another department or FedEx I did not order the wrong part this is on AutoZone NOT me. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!

I work in retail and if i am helping someone on the phone I excuse myself to make the customers in the store feel welcomed and let them know that it will be a few mins. They could have addressed me but neither the woman or male employee. This is by far the first bad experience in that location. I left and went to autozone, 3 mins away due to this.

I went in for wipers as many might do with the rough weather New England brings. I got out of my vehicle (right in front of the store) stepped up on the sidewalk, and down I went. It was a complete sheet of ice. Causing injury to my back, knee, and ankle plus ruining a brand new pair of boots. This could have been A LOT worse if I was an older individual. I was literally in shock when I told the gentleman in the store to see if they would take a report, he rushed to ring me up and couldn't be bothered. Customer service starts with the CUSTOMERS safety. Will not return to this location. (Attached is a photo taken after the gentleman next to me had left)

In over 40 something years and multiple states, I have not dealt with such unknowledgeable auto care and then unwillingness to even care... but they will keep you on hold for HOURS for nothing to change and to tell you the same exact thing like they were doing anything to help and not just messing up other people's days... I repeat if I could give less then 1 star I would, this store will be shut down soon with the staff they currently have.

I think it's just a quarter/minute after your intial start up of $1.00 for the vacuum. That's HUGE. All the bays worked properly when I've gone. Bring your bucket, towels, hand towels, degreaser, "re-greaser", come early on the weekend, spend the time, do the work, your car will thank you. This is a place for enthusiasts, people that realy take pride in a clean, fully detailed car. I get a lot of value out of it. In and out in about 2hrs at around $30-$40 for a $200-looking job. That's just me.

However, when you pay for a car wash, you still expect your vehicle to come out clean. I've been to Prestige in Stoughton twice, and both times the wash failed to clean the back of my car, especially the rear window and trunk. The first time I mentioned it, the only solution offered was a quick wipe with a dirty rag--nothing was done for the rest of the car, which was still dirty. When an issue like this happens, there should at least be a courtesy rewash or some effort to make it right. Instead, I paid for a service that didn't deliver. I kept my subscription hoping it was a one-time issue, but after it happened again--and with prices increasing--I decided to cancel. The only reason I'm giving one star is because I have to. Very disappointing experience.
