Me being able to see a woman install a battery which I know is not a big deal but for me it is because I'm use to always seeing Men care to this type of service. This is the second time this week. I've actually gone to a place and had assistance from a woman when I typically think that this job growing up it's a guy job. As I continue to grow up as a older adult, I realize that we are such powerful woman. I appreciate the two ladies that helped me out today and getting my car back up and running. Being able to be knowledgeable of how to navigate and use our resources is very key and should never be restricted to gender setting. I felt not only happy to write this review about the ladies who helped me today, but I want to encourage us as women that we should never continue to limit what we know is accessible to us as women. We don't have to live in the stereotype that I have grown up in where men have a certain job and women have a certain job. We can continue to transition and grow as we thrive through this changing world . Thank you to O'Reilly for giving ladies the opportunity to be just as equally qualified as a man to service our community. Thank you again to Jen and Sabrina for making sure that I will fully navigate and use the resources that have been provided for this new battery if needed. I am excited to ride this battery out for the next four years.

After months of unsuccessful A/C repairs elsewhere, we brought our 2020 Honda Pilot to Round Rock Honda feeling frustrated and exhausted. Gus, D'Undrae, and Joseph listened to our concerns, took them seriously, and figured out what was actually wrong. They did a thorough inspection of our vehicle and then worked with our previous dealership as well as American Honda to get everything taken care of for us. We appreciate them going the extra mile to help us resolve everything. We finally have our car back, and the difference is amazing! The A/C is super cold, and even our kids noticed that the air in the back blows stronger. After months of dealing with this problem, that is a huge relief. Be careful, the philip, the guy at the reception can overcharge you. If you get an estimate from…read morethem please make sure that you are taking some time to do research and ask for estimates from other auto repair shops. In my case I was charged at least more than $300 than the official Toyota. Moreover, I was charged for materials that I provided and I should be charged only for labor. Also they added a ridiculous surcharge for "shopping" for the required parts. But unfortunately I found everything out when the work was done. So please don't believe them. Philip agreed to refund $220(that's why 2 stars review instead of 1)for overcharge and mistake charge for material that I brought. But I still believe that at the official Toyota in general I would pay much less than at tuffy. I also brought their ad voucher for a 10% discount for any work that was over $300" but he refused to provide the discount, it's about $150 that I could get for my ~ $1500 bill with them. As Steve Jobs used to say: " One more thing" - when I told Toyota about my car and what was done - they told me that most likely I don't need half of replacements that was done by a tuffy. So probably I lose even more money than I think. Bottom line: BE CAREFUL and take your time to make sure that you will not be overcharged and make sure that you really need the work that they are offering. I don't know about the other brands but if you have a relatively new Toyota - it's much better to go to the official Toyota for repairs.
