I came in to have my battery changed under my warranty, which went smoothly as soon as we identified which account it was under. Once the manager popped my hood, she took one look at my battery and immediately said she wasn't going to change it because of "corrosion". She didn't even test my battery. My fiancé had to come down to the AutoZone after work to help me. He lightly passed the brush over the battery terminal with a small wire brush about 5 times and the "corrosion" fell right off. Of course we were both upset because it's the employees' job to follow through with the warranty and provide full service. The manager failed to take responsibility and do her job. I paid for this battery and the warranty so that AutoZone could replace it when needed. My fiancé did all the work save for going to the back and grabbing a new battery. The manager, an older hispanic woman (I say this as a hispanic woman), needs retraining and possibly a refresher on company values and policies.

I came here to get a couple of brake light bulbs for my Honda and was surprised that a simple set of brake light bulbs cost almost $10 these days. Two sets of brake light bulbs and a Wix oil filter will set you back over $30. I also looked at their car batteries and even those are almost $200 and above. Nonetheless, they do have some deals which are plastered on the front windows of the business and apparently they do take Apple Pay.

I went in here because I took my Prius to the dealership to get a new battery and then of course like every other mechanic they were like well there is some other stuff that needs work. And I was like ok how much will it cost and they said $2,000!! I was like umm maybe later. I took the diagnostic report they gave me and took it to A-Line. Gary broke down what I needed and why and then proceeded to go down the aisles and put everything I needed into a box. I DID NOT HAVE TO LEAVE THE REGISTER!
