As it turns out, I did indeed need a new battery. I had two options which differed by $20 for an extra year under warranty. After I checked out, the associate went right back out to my car to replace the battery. All of this probably took 30 minutes or less. I chose to come here because staff at another AutoZone greatly helped me free of charge after an accident; I left a positive comment on their website and received a personal thank-you call from a regional manager. During the entire process he maintained good humor and a positive attitude, even when he banged his knuckle on the engine trying to get the stubborn nut off.
