I went in for windshield wipers because we were about to get some rain. I got 5 blades, they come 1 in a pack now. All blades were $25 except the back one for my Highlander. I couldn't believe how much they cost. I got home and checked Dams price! Half price of auto zones windshield wipers. I paid $120 for 5 blades. Ridiculous! My car began making sputtering sounds whenever I would start it, so my first stop was AutoZone for a free battery test. I was greeted and helped immediately when I walked in. As it turns out, I did indeed need a new battery. I had two options which differed by $20 for an extra year under warranty. After I checked out, the associate went right back out to my car to replace the battery. All of this probably took 30 minutes or less. I chose to come here because staff at another AutoZone greatly helped me free of charge after an accident; I left a positive comment on their website and received a personal thank-you call from a regional manager. I wanted to be loyal and I'm glad I did. I will continue to patronize AutoZone for my car needs. Side note: They have a 10% military discount. read more

I've settled in on the first two simply due to convenience, parts availability, price and service. Because these two are near each other, price comparisons are easily made. If an item is on sale at one, they get the business. Autozone's behind-the-counter folks know their stuff. They offer free battery, alternator and check engine light testing, which is very helpful if you're trying to nail down root cause issues. Check out their website before you arrive as there are some online deals and coupons that might save you some money. Purchase online and pick it up from the store. For that matter, order our stuff from the parking lot, grab a Mister Jim's sub next door to kill some time and then roll in to retrieve your order. Work it! read more

If I could give it no stars, I would. Horrible store, went to get my key fob battery changed and the gentleman helping me decided to pry my fob open with a knife... Then took a chunk of his finger off infront of me. Proceeded to take the lords in vain, followed by f***,f***, holy f*** as he bled all over the store and my key fob. There was a blood trail to the bathroom, that no one cleaned. This kind young woman had to change my fob for me, but she proceeded to call the other young man a f***ing idiot as he was tending to his slashed open finger... Afraid to return... Just went into this location. I stood in line for help, right in the middle of this guy looking up my part the phone rings, he says excuse me, walks away, answers the phone and begins looking up a part for this caller, leaves me standing there for about 4-5 minutes before I just walked out. By the way, there were 2 other men standing around, they could obviously see my agitation but chose not to help. read more

Outstanding service! We pulled up in the parking lot with one of our headlights out. By the time my husband got in the store, the store associate had already picked out the correct bulb for our car! One of the employees had to tell another to actually show me what I was looking for when I told them I couldn't find it on my own and they just pointed. I can not deal with the low quality of Cistomer service here. Every time I looked for a part there or ask them for advice, they could rarely help me. They also have parts on shelf that do not work. So much for the started I bought. Did not work. The only knowledgeable person there was a female that no longer works there. I was also with a friend that went to get a battery replacement for her key fob. The worker offered assistance and then cut himself. He then used a various number of explitives and bled over the counter. I do not recommend this store to anyone. The district manager was also very rude to the workers and a few of the customers there. Save your time and go to the nearest Advanced Auto where they can actually help you. read more
