The replacement costed less than $7. Where Brandon went above and beyond was installing the new terminal. The old bolt was so rusted and fused to the cable that it took Brandon an hour of hard labor to get it off. During the entire process he maintained good humor and a positive attitude, even when he banged his knuckle on the engine trying to get the stubborn nut off. They did a great job sealing, keeping the textures fine around the lid, and figuring out a way to coat it all gray (ideal to see the condition of the water) without hiking the price up. So I needed a battery, I came in to buy one and while we were at the register, I ask Jerome would he install it since it was right under the hood. He said "you want me to install it for you?" I said yes. Autozone does it as a courtesy but he didn't feel like it. Then I was like ok I'll go somewhere else then and walked out. He also handed me the tools. I Went to autozone on Virginia Beach and the guy ask me do you want me to install the battery. It took him 5 mins. He also turned down my tip as well. It was night and day between the 2 autozones. Jerome doesn't want to work and he makes the company look bad. I took my money else where because of poor customer service.
