Main Street in Suffolk, VA, and I especially want to recognize Service Representative Baconta Buffalow for going above and beyond. After noticing my driver's side rear tire was low, I filled it and discovered a nail embedded in it. On top of that, my front driver's side tire had an inoperative TPMS sensor. I had an important appointment about 40 minutes away and very little time to spare after work. I stopped by RNR Tire Express hoping they might be able to help on extremely short notice. Not only did they assist me--they exceeded every expectation. Mr. Buffalow listened to my situation, understood the urgency, and immediately coordinated with the technicians to take care of my vehicle. While inspecting my tires, they also discovered internal damage in the tire with the faulty sensor that would have caused a dangerous failure if left unaddressed. Thanks to their thoroughness, they likely prevented a much bigger problem. Despite the last-minute request, they completed all the needed work quickly and professionally. The pricing was more than fair--especially considering the urgent timing--and they even applied a military discount without me asking. I left with peace of mind, safe tires, fully functioning sensors, and tremendous appreciation for the entire team. I went to Line X Suffolk and talked to Shelly about step rails for my son's truck for Christmas…read more Specifically ones that were polished steel. She said she couldn't get them in PS only in Black. I asked her for the part number and if I could get them from mfg where she didn't have an account and I ordered them and got them in PS could they put them on. She said yes. So I found them and ordered them and I gave them to my son for Xmas and he then scheduled a time to put them with Shelly at line x. Plus she remembered my conversation when i came to the shop and talked to her about this. Well my son took them there and to find out they wouldn't fit. So I returned them UPS and you have to understand this is no small or light weight box. It takes 2 people to lift. My son asked the line x Suffolk which ones should he order the man which is the owner gave him another part number. We ordered and waited for them to come in and scheduled another appointment with line X. Well went to line X and they started drilling on the truck when according to the MFG of the steps by Rhino that these were a direct fit. Also after they only drilled on the one side of the truck and told my son they won't fit they refused to finish or continue with the job. They said they will do no modifications. According to the owner of Line x when we ordered these they were the ones for the truck. Plus if they weren't the right ones WHY DID THEY START DRILLING IN THE TRUCK AND ONLY ONE SIDE if they were sure that they weren't the right ones. Plus he questioned the drilling because of the direct fit from the MFG. My son spent 34,000.00 for this truck 3 months ago and this is what you get. Shelly at Line X after I tried to talk to her on the phone did not want to hear any of this and basically quit talking. I have taken many things to this Line X and many of my friends. BUT THIS IS THE LAST. This is not the last she will hear about this. Holes drilled on one side of truck that they recommended these step rails. Even if they we're wrong ones again you would have thought they would have checked them before installation started. So now NO STEPS INSTALLED AND NEW HOLES ON ONE SIDE OF TRUCK.

went in store Sunday before labor day, young man was nice, told me had to order a part and would be…read more$12.95 or around that for shipping and if I return part I would not get shipping. cancelled order, no refund for the shipping. even though distributor was closed Sunday and Monday, they could have called to ensure part was cancelled. Spoke with manager he said I am not getting a refund because I had to pay for freight. I live and 6 blocks from the store, go and get my vehicle supplies (air filter, wiper blades, batterie, etc.). Manager said if I came in Tuesday they could have called the distributor. That's not logical, if it was that easy to do as a customer oriented business why would you knowingly have someone pay over $12 for freight on a cancelled order that I don't believe was even taken off the shelf. you knowingly charged a customer for something that based on your comment shows you could have ensured there would be no fee for freight. That's not customer service I don't intend to go back, poor customer service
