They changed to a new payment system that charges the customer a %3 processing fee on every purchase. That comes out to be a lot when your bill is a few thousand dollars. The only alternative they offer to avoid the fee is Zelle, which doesn't allow money transfers over $500. So, now I am stuck paying an additional $100+ that wasn't mentioned to me from the start and wasn't included in my estimate. Pretty unfair in my opinion. I was going to be a lifetime customer, but not disclosing hidden fees until the very end will force me to take my business elsewhere.

But they both just retired. The new crew that took over does not seem to have a good grasp for good customer service. I already tried them several times and they are not a reliable place you can count on anymore. I tried but it is not worth your time. Your best option is now Roma Autorepair, in Mason Dr, very close to I-10, so it is quite close to where Mason Auto is. HORRIBLE SERVICE; They will Take Advantage; i drive a 2018 range rover velar had a coolant leak…read moretook it to dannys they held my car for 3 days and when u received my car i paid my balance all to not have the issue fixed they didnt even put coolant in my car which made it overheat more and mind you i pad for coolant. when i brought it back the same day the claimed to of put coolant in. they also said they changed my water pump lol i took it to two other mechanics that said the water pump was never touched. when i confronted Danny about it he was speechless. this mechanic shop will take advantage of you if they think u dont know much about cars. i have proof that the water pump was never replaced. take a look at my picture below and ill let u decide if this is a new water pump or not.

This all started with me getting a code for an open thermostat. It wasn't major as I was able to…read moredrive to New Orleans and back without any problems but when I returned, I decided to change the thermostat myself. I obtained the thermostat and set up to do it one morning and I was able to take it off pretty easily but once I put it back on, it started leaking and wouldn't stop. I tried removing it again and re-tighten it, but didn't make it any better so I decided to have it towed to the shop after getting a recommendation of this place from a close friend of mine. Mike was the person I spoke with and once I had it towed there within an hour or so he called me and told me what the problem was. Apparently the thermostat housing being plastic I ended up cracking it because I tightened it too tight and they took care of the problem pretty quickly and within an hour or so they called me and told me my truck was ready. Once I arrived, Mike wasn't there, but the two techs that helped me were very thorough and explaining to what happened, they even showed me the piece that was broken. Lots of shops don't do this so immediately they became a place that I could trust in the future. I'll probably use them again instead of doing self repairs myself.

Mechanic even admitted to me he did not write in the system which cylinders he had worked on in the car so he didn't know. AJ is the epitome of taking GREAT care of the customer by: --timely, proactive communication about the job milestones via phone and texts --high energy attitude toward getting the job done, on-time. I needed to replace a high-pressure fuel pump and they knocked it out in about 2 hours! --AJ actually showed me the new part to be installed. That was a first! (see photo) --friendly staff, and AJ introduced me to both the mechanic assigned to my vehicle AND they escorted me out onto the spotless garage floor to see under-the-hood --AJ himself took my repaired vehicle out for a test drive and a scan --...and there was one other thing...let me see...Oh, yes! A reasonable price! In fact, both the dealer AND another automotive shop (with several locations) were not even in the same ballpark as G&S's quote.
