I've used Adriana's catering several times, most recently for my Super Bowl party. What a success it was, everyone wants to have it at my house now every year. If I do, Adriana has to do the food again. Some things I must have when using food catered for my events: First the food has to be really good, which everything was delicious. My favorite was the carnitas. Second, you have to show up and have the food ready on time. Of course the set up and food was ready right on time. Lastly, how you treat my guests. We felt so blessed to have Adriana cater our wedding! We had a small outdoor wedding in Temecula, all very last minute. Adriana's menu looked incredible and I knew for sure I wanted her for our wedding after our first phone call. Her passion for cooking and running her business with her family is so genuine. She had a booked schedule but still bent over backwards to fit us in. Adriana always found time to schedule calls, responded to emails swiftly, and constantly made me feel reassured that she would give me everything I wanted for our big day.
