From the meat, the options and the extras they offer to simply their kind demeanor and friendly personalities I honestly use them for every occasion a Taco Truck is needed. Also be honest with them about what your looking for, if you know your going to have "vegetarians" or "vegans" tell them and they will help to ensure all your guests are happy and full. They come an hour before you want to serve, they setup, cook and get everything ready. Just point to where you want them and hand them an extension cord. An hour later everything is ready to go! It's honestly the best way to throw a bbq or party and they even bring plates, napkins and all the fixings! On the day of, her team was extremely friendly, helpful, and perfectly on time. The set up was BEAUTIFUL - she asked for some decor inspiration so that her set up was cohesive with the rest of the event - so thoughtful! I wish I took more photos because everything was picture perfect. We went with the taco buffet and absolutely everyone was raving about the food. We tasted the Tri-tip, BBQ 1/4 Chicken, Santa Fe Ribs, and Pulled Pork. We also had the Caesar salad and Steamed Asparagus. The tasting locked in Smokey Mountain as our caterer for our outdoor wedding! The tasting was full of delicious barbecue that wasn't fulfilled by overloading any of the dishes with sauce, all the meat was genuinely juicy and presented tastefully. We also had Jennifer and Smokey mountain do our water service, champagne pour, cake cutting, and bar service. All of her staff arrived on time and ready to go. They had simple yet beautiful place settings and had everything set up at the exact time they said they would. The bartenders were great! Nice, friendly, and followed any requests I had for how we wanted our bar to be ran for the event. We received numerous compliments from our guests about how good our food was. The food was served buffet style by servers in chaffing dishes that kept everything nice and warm. They cooked all the meat on site on a giant trailer sized barbecue right in the backyard!
