The setup was really nice with black table covers and signs labeling all of the food that was available to our guests. The food was ready at the requested serving time and our guests enjoyed every last bit. Some went back for seconds, and even then we still had leftovers. Esther's portions were very generous and we were given all the leftovers at the end of the service. UNPREPARED:: They came without one aluminum serving platter that they needed, and asked if we had one ourselves. We did not. The tortillas had to sit out and were not kept warm. They also did not slice the limes ahead of time and said "we didn't know how you would use them." With my hands full, I had to ask a guest to help me slice them. They were just for tacos, so there shouldn't have been any question of how to slice them beforehand. SHADY BILLING: They asked me repeatedly to pay the balance and I reminded them that we had already settled this beforehand. They said I had not, there was a back and forth, and upon checking text messages she was surprised to see that we had sent confirmation of payment prior. She said "I don't remember receiving this and verifying the charge." If I hadn't already confirmed with my husband, I could have been double charged unfairly. We definitely won't be ever using them again!! They caused unnecessary stress on what was supposed to be a happy day with food taken care of.

The tasting locked in Smokey Mountain as our caterer for our outdoor wedding! We also had Jennifer and Smokey mountain do our water service, champagne pour, cake cutting, and bar service. All of her staff arrived on time and ready to go. They had simple yet beautiful place settings and had everything set up at the exact time they said they would. The bartenders were great! Nice, friendly, and followed any requests I had for how we wanted our bar to be ran for the event. We received numerous compliments from our guests about how good our food was.
