We ordered the Charcuterie Brunch Board for 20 people which was explained as 20 people sharing as an appetizer or 10 people as a meal. It included: ***Goats Cheeses (Humboldt Fog | Midnight Moon), ***Sheep's Milk cheeses (4 month aged Manchego), ***Cows Milk Cheeses (Mature English Cheddar | Double Cream Fresh Brie), ***Spicy Capicollo | Hard Italian Salami | Prosciutto | Mild Coppa | Bresaola ***Mrs G's Hot Pepper Jelly | Organic Fresh from the Hive Honey & Raw ***Honeycomb ***Rustic Bakery Crisps | Rosemary La Panzanella Crackers ***Temecula's Little Bread Company Mini Butter & Chocolate Croissants ***French Waffles | Kettle Cooked Fudge Chocolates ***Italian Olives | Cornichons | Caper Berries ***Fresh Fruit | Fresh Herbs The ordering process was very easy and the store is very cute. When we arrived, the place was hopping and the poor woman at the front could not find our order. It took some time but she eventually found it. The board was very pretty. $300 seemed steep for what it was, and it really didn't feel like it accommodated 20 people as an appetizer. I provided tiny plates and after our party got up to serve themselves there was barely anything left. At any rate, I'm a fan of Grazing Theory! While I probably wouldn't do one of these big boards again, I'd certainly do a personalized or a board for a few people. The quality and the aesthetics are great. read more

I love charcuterie boards with my wine. This is the spot to be for these two combinations. Caught my eyes as I come across this establishment on social media. Went to visit before heading out to wineries in Temecula. What really caught my eye were the paninis sandwiches. I ordered the one with goat cheese, figs spread, prosciutto, and arugula. Never thought it would turn out so good. My eyes got wide open due how impressed I was with this amazing sandwich. Devoured it in minutes. Next time I would like to customize my own charcuterie board with a glass of wine. We didn't have that much time to experience it, but will definitely revisit. So, I went here and it was good when I went in person, but then I ordered one to go, and there wasn't enough meat ...like at all. It was basically a fruit board with random chocolates? Like what? Had no pickled anything, no nuts, no capers, and literally one type of meat and 3 cheeses. Just a big ole sugar board, which was very disappointing, especially for the price $$$. There should be an option to customize, but since there isn't, I would save your $ and order elsewhere or literally just make your own. I'm sure at that price, the margins are very healthy. Came here today for the first time and we loved it. We come to Vail maybe one time a month, but usually just either go to the Daisy or the Local. Today we wanted to try something new and we are so happy we did. We got the mimosas flight to share and Bella sandwich to share and both were 10/10. Got a 2-4 person board for Mother's Day. Mostly fruit. Fruit is a filler on a charcuterie board when only 1 meat is present. Charcuterie should have 3-4 meats and 3-4 cheeses. No nuts, olives, pickles present on the board, unfortunately. For the price, you are being ripped off. The margins must be ridiculous. For the price, there should be more variety and LESS fruit. I love fruit, but a charcuterie board is all about the meat and cheese and everything else is accompaniment. I suggest offering a choice to build out your own charcuterie on the website even though that would mean higher cost because you would need more inventory on hand to meet demand. I will happily go into their brick and mortar location but won't get the pre order option again. read more

The beautiful charcuterie board I ordered for Grandpas Memorial was wonderful in many ways. It was a nice distraction from the sadness we were facing. Calling all charcuterie lovers! I'm crazy about charcuterie picnics. I love them in vineyards, on top of a mountain I just climbed, in my garden, at the pool, near a creek where my feet are in the water, in a hotel room with a view, in a bathtub, and of course at the beach. I reached out to Gina the owner via Insta before she had a storefront and requested a picnic box. She said no problem and we arranged meeting in front of her commercial kitchen. Long story short she missed my request when the time came because I never ordered on her website however she asked for an hour to quickly assemble my box and we met up. She also gifted it to me for the confusion. Class act. I definitely wasn't expecting that but my picnic box could not have been tastier. Gina uses locally sourced ingredients and assembles everything so beautifully. Every item was so fresh. I had a hard time eating it because it was nearly too beautiful to eat. Such a cute beautiful concept! We came in after a disappointing covid lock down wine country visit. (Us thinking there would be some places breaking the rules, hello, purchase a bottle and use plastic cups and sit in a parking lot) I've seen this place on IG and decided what else did we have to lose. It's located in the cutest shopping center called vail headquarters. When we came in the girl at the counter offered a taste of cheese and wine (already a big win from what we just experienced) They also offered wine by the glass, and let us taste before we decided (win win win) We got a glass of local wine (a real glass), a cheese plate and sat out side. Wine was amazing, the cheese was so tasty, everything was perfect. We decided to go back inside to get two more glasses and purchase the two bottles of wine we tried! Here's the disappointing part. I guess everyone single person that works there was filming a video for ig.... which I get, it's the main stream of your business. But at least have someone still run your shop in the mean while. I sat there quietly maybe for like 30 min, no one acknowledged me. I even heard the ladies on the table next to me saying they wanted more wine. My boyfriend got over it and left to get coffee. Firstly, we discovered Grazing Theory specifically because they supported our local non-profit Rolling for a Cause! Their contribution to the silent auction included a gift card for their shop. After initially looking at their menu on-line, we agreed to go to their shop directly to check it out. We ordered a board (The Grazer) for Mother's Day for our group of 7 a few days prior. They took the time in-store to make some recommendation, etc., and then they emailed us a confirmation of our order, as well as reminders of our pick-up time. Absolutely beautiful boujee board! Gorgeous and delicious! They delivered it & set it up for an extra $75 charge. They were on time. The only concern I had was communication. After I ordered there wasn't really any communication. I received a receipt via text, but there was nothing sent via email. The receipt just itemized the boujee board and a misc amt for $75 but not stating what it was for. Nothing on the receipt said anything about delivery address or time. I wasn't sure if I would really get it. I phoned on the morning it was to be delivered to confirm but couldn't get ahold of anyone and no one returned my call. Definitely made me a little nervous.
