I know it's a panini but delicate greens should always be added after to maintain integrity of flavor. I've used these boards for holiday appetizers, small get togethers, and bookclub. They're also an excellent option to bring when doing crafty workshops at The Craft House, which is also in Vail Headquarters. Everyone always loves these boards, and the pricing is also really good considering the quality and amount of food that you get. I recently learned that you can go to Grazing Theory without an order placed and grab a snack box to go. You can also stop by for a glass of wine/ champagne, and enjoy your food outside. We have used this company a few times and they never disappoint. Their meats and cheese are premium and I can't get over their Habanero Jelly.
