If I could provide a 10 Star rating - I most certainly would!!! On Saturday January 13, we celebrated my mother's 100th Birthday at The Corporate Room, in Wildomar. From the very first meeting of Candice (the Coordinator) and Chef Steve I was impressed. The venue is beautiful! Cozy and quaint! I only did minimal decorating because the place is lovely as is. We had about 55 guests. No one left hungry - because the food was DELICIOUS! The Lemon Thyme Chicken was prepared perfectly. Moist, flavorful and just delicious! Mashed Potatoes - some of the best ever! Chef Steve also prepared Honey Butter Roasted Carrots. I'm not a big carrot lover - especially cooked - but I wanted seconds of this one! Sadly, the kids and teenagers (who went back for 2nd's) got to them before I did! (I think I saw someone in line a 3rd time - but who's counting?) So I hope you can see how incredibly delicious the food was. It was served buffet style - and each dish was piping hot (well except for the Caesar Salad which was perfect too) I had several people ask for the recipe for both the chicken and carrots! I'm told chefs don't reveal their secrets.... The Helpers of the day - Andrew and Roel - were beyond helpful! The least little thing to the biggest of asks - they provided! Also helping in the kitchen helping Chef Steve were Kataya and Jesse. I didn't meet them (I'm sure they were busy) but they obviously are very good at their jobs as well and deserve recognition. My 100 year old mother told me it was the BEST PARTY OF HER LIFE - and she's obviously celebrated a few birthdays. I couldn't agree more - I had the best time too. We made wonderful memories. We went yesterday for our food tasting for 25th wedding anniversary reception, and the cuisine was heavenly. Everything was flavorful and delicious, and the presentation was lovely. We especially liked the short ribs and the oven roasted root vegetables. The cake tasting was also well presented, allowing for many different combinations of extremely yummy cakes and fillings. (The carrot cake with cream cheese buttercream was to die for!) They even sent home the abundant leftovers! Candice and Chef Steve worked with our very particular palates to put together a scrumptious meal sure to please everyone. We ordered two family comfort meals offered during the current crisis. They offer pickup or free delivery. We decided to try the tri-tip meal and the chicken enchilada meal for our weekend family meals. The meals were delivered on time and packaged perfectly for reheating with instructions. All ingredients were high quality, fresh and made in a certified kitchen by an executive chef. The portions were a good size and easily fed everyone. The smoked tri tip was delicious with a nice smoke flavor, thinly sliced and tender. It was presented medium rare so be careful not to overcook upon reheating. The salad was full of fresh greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber and croutons served with a homemade ranch. The homemade mashed potatoes were excellent!! The roast corn on the cob was also good. The rolls with butter were average. A delicious meal at a great price!! We can't wait to try the enchiladas. read more

Our company just used these guys the other day for a lunch party. We ordered off the menu even though they said they can do anything we want, name it and they will do it. We decided to go with a bunch of appetizers, a side, a salad, a main, and deep fried PBJ for dessert. Everyone loved the food , the bacon wrapped dates were crazy good, loved the smashed blackberry goat toast, taco bar was great, 2 salsas, limes, Cilantro, onions, beans, rice, beef and chicken. That is not a special order that is the standard. We do several parties and events each year. We have had good BBQ trucks, pizza, tacos, and a few other vendors. All which were good, no complaints. But they are one theme, one style of food and that is all you get. New Life can do anything you want. We all loved the fact we had all these different types of food. No doubt these guys will be our go to from now on. The quality was amazing, the staff is great, the cost is really reasonable and they can work with whatever budget you have. 5 stars! read more

Recently had a 40th birthday/housewarming party and New Life was there for me from the beginning to the end. They helped me with my crazy menu choices. They were a treat to meet in person. I had my 50th birthday party just recently, with 55 people present. I was referred to New Life Culinary Creations (NLCC) by a neighbor that said NLCC did top notch work, both as to food and display. They also said that NLCC was affordable and willing to do small and big events. I immediately got on the site and was amazed at the selections offered and presentation. I called them. For 4 months preceding my event, they (Stephanie) held my hand through every step of the process. I know I may have driven her nuts, but instead, she actively engaged in my event and the joy it would bring. She made it fun and worked with me on my budget--and even baled me out when my party rental place couldn't handle the chairs. She was responsive, kind and pleasant. When the event came, it was flawless. I can't tell you how many people remarked about the food and made incredible comments about the beef, the chicken and the vegan plates. One asked for seconds! Jeff and Steve catered my daughter's wedding in July and they did an outstanding job. We are still getting compliments on the food. The day was chaotic because of rain (for an outdoor wedding) and Jeff and Steve had their team step in and help set up the tables, which was so nice of them. The event planner tasted the food and took pictures beforehand. It was great! Upon arrival, it looked completely different. The bruschetta looked like salsa while the one that was tasted looked more gourmet and strips of peppers. The whole point of a tasting is to make sure it looks great and tastes great, but if it looks different when receiving it, then there was no point.
