I showed Nancy a picture of the specific design I wanted and she stated it would be an additional 40.00, which seemed significantly higher than what I used to pay (25 dollars more) at a different shop, however, considering these were my "birthday nails", I accepted the additional fee. The environment was clean and calming. Nancy was patient, reassured that if I didn't like a nail we could change it, and she was able to successfully give me what I requested. I'm a huge advocate of exceptional customer service and being a first-time customer this is the type of service that will entice me to come back and give a generous tip! After coming consistently once a month, I've never had a bad experience with her work or customer service and have appreciated the consistent quality and attention to detail. My work life is extremely busy so one of my favorite aspects of being her customer is her punctuality and organization. I appreciate being able to rely on her to start on time, follow the same process and procedure and end on time without being distracted or falling behind. I referred my mom to her a few months after I started and though we have almost polar opposite personalities (I am reserved, my mom is very talkative and outgoing), we have both experienced Gina as very kind in making us feel welcomed and comfortable as we are :) I would recommend her a million times over!
