Pescado used to be a fave when they had fresh pico but I'm not as big of a fan with salsa or coleslaw. Delicious, quick, friendly. I see some comments about small portions but I feel that's just the style for street tacos, you can order many different ones or load up on your faves and add sides or appies. I like having the option to go light or heavy depending how hungry I am at the time. The music and decor reminds me of our local spot in LA when I lived there as a kid.

This is my go to place for Corn Tortilla Shells! They have large packages of 100 that are kept in the cooler for freshness. I prefer these ones to the smaller packages on the shelf in the super markets...filled with preservatives! They also have the different sizes! I love getting the small street taco size that you can't find everywhere! They carry Valentine's Hot Sauce as well which we have found very important for a good taco! Recently a friend of ours from Mexico had us for dinner and served us Hibiscus Juice made from dried Hibiscus Flowers. It was so good she sent us home with a little baggie and said Los Guerreros sells them! I will be heading there this week because we all loved the juice! She insisted of you buying 5 pcs as I think she's afraid that the rest of the bread will not be bought and will be old and stale . Too bad , business for her goes by the bulk . I can see a lot of her bread goes to the display for many days in a week as bulk as most people can't afford to buy the wholebulk of 5 pcs for $7.75 per bag . Some people like me can't eat 5 and can't afford the bulk. I went there while it's freshly baked and she won't sell 1-2 pcs only. I'm new to the Joyce area and saw that Mexican store. Bread is good to eat when it's freshly bake. Too bad , I don't buy and she just lost one of the few customers who can't buy the bread by bulk . She should learn from the Chinese business where you sell from 1 pc to bulk cause that's how successful business is done . Bread goes moldy and bad in a day or 2 and hers are displays on the shelf for days as she refused to sell it by piece or 2 and she will have more customers that way than by bulk . Sad she don't learn from other techniques of selling. Really sad for her business and customers as well.

The seasonings on the fillings and the array of fresh ingredients are always on point for any location I've been to, and in this case, it was no different. Delicious, flavourful, crisp, and well seasoned, with a light yet tangy list of sauces to choose from that are perfectly paired to top it off. The only issue we had was when we ordered the churros to try them out (1 for each of us) and were told it would be 5 minutes and they would bring them to our table, and after 10 or so minutes of waiting we had yet to receive them. Even at the time of this posting, still, 15 mins in, with no churro. The pace of customers has slowed greatly and they're cleaning which is good to see but we're still disappointed we paid and are left waiting. Otherwise, the staff was very pleasant, accommodating, and on the ball, overall. The location is clean, well-lit and inviting. Definitely recommend and will come back again~ :) Update: Staff who took our order came over to let us know that the churros were accidentally burned and that they are re-firing fresh ones just for us. The wait is long but the service is great... 4.5 star rating? ;)
