The potstickers also had lots of flavor and was the perfect texture with just the right amount of crisp. The donuts, oh wow. These are amazing! I would come back just for these alone! They were served hot and drizzled with a perfect amount of sweetened condensed milk, they were so good. We decided to grab our food to go since the weather wasn't cooperating, but everything still tasted amazing back at our hotel. We ordered vegetarian dumplings, vegetarian fried egg rolls, chicken dumplings, pork Chinese buns, and chicken rice noodle soup. Every dish was flavorful and fresh. The soup in particular had a rich, comforting broth with tender chicken, noodles, and cabbage. Portions were generous, prices were reasonable, and service was fast. The woman working the truck was friendly and welcoming, even with the wind and rain coming down. We will definitely be back next time we are in Bellingham. If you look on our Uber eats app, they are probably the most ordered on our three accounts. Before we have had issues with inconsistency but never anything to really prevent us from ordering again. Until today. It wasn't even the inconsistency and lack of blatant concern for the special instructions. Now as I said before we order ALLLLLL the time so we are very aware of their menu and how their food should taste... might I also add we are from the caribbean, so we arent afraid of spicy food.
