It's a shame because they do sell good products and maintain the facility very well. Their prices are HIGH but I guess they have to cover for the customers they've lost or driven away. Poughkeepsie Farm Project is conducting it outreach this weekend and next to attract new membership. It was wonderful to meet some of the new people who are considering joining the farm as a CSA member. It's an investment to be sure. You do need to pay for your shares upfront so that the farmers know how much to plant and can budget accordingly. That being said, they do accept credit card payments and even EBT/SNAP through their website ordering system. It's fun to pick up my share because one never knows what's been picked - it's a surprise every week. There's just one more pick up before we go dormant until late spring/June. I'm preparing and storing as much as I can to hold me over because I know where the food has been grown and I know it's chemical free. If you are in the region of the Hudson Valley/Poughkeepsie town, consider joining. With the price of produce and the supply chain glitches ( don't get me started on why), being assured that you will have fresh produce, fruit, mushrooms, eggs, yogurt, and cheese from a nearby local farm lends a piece of mind

I was warmly greeted by several longer-haired dogs at the door (who later accepted me as I exited - shows you what a little petting can do to a dog, after they sniffed my dog from my sneakers) and those employees I encountered I was able to mention how I heard an advertisement and was able to look around. I thought I'd be able to find things that could cross over from Polaris items to cars. I sort-of thought it would turn out the way it did, but was hoping for the best and I to be wrong. The store seems littered with Polaris ski-doos and similar yard mulchers galore, and when you add in the number of helmets they have in the one area to the few tires and other Polaris accessories on the walls, I really didn't find anything I could really use and chose to leave.)

Although he didn't recognize the part, I explained what it was for and he spent quite a while researching it. He was able to find it and they had it in stock for $20. I purchased my ATV and plow here (see my previous reviews). Every time I come here, the staff are helpful, knowledgeable and professional, all while remaining friendly and personable. They always seem to help me with problems that other local shops know nothing about.
