I can't say enough how nice it is to find a professional organization for lawn equipment parts. They are very helpful and patient. Had an 30 year craftsman lawn 14 HP Kohler engine mower, you know the type looks like a box and won't quit. Need to replace a couple of parts, they had one but not other told me -ordered and didn't waste my precious Saturday time. I am the owner of a small landscape company. I need a repair on my bobcat zero turn mower (I currently own 3 Bobcats) and I decided to try Sherwood's for service. It was a simple repiar and they had it back to me the following morning knowing that it was one of 2 mowers I own and I needed the rider for some big properties that day. I was so impressed with the service that I made a call later in the day to commend them for the service I received. About 2 weeks later the mower was giving me issues again. I brought I back to them and ended up buying another Bobcat, this time a stander. It was a demo with 50hrs on it. Price was perfect and I was out the door with it rather quickly. Last night, I got a call around 9pm that my mower was ready. I went to pick it up the following day and found out that they were working well into the night to get the repairs done for their customers. They took it upon themselves to fix a valve problem in the engine and the charge to fix it was very reasonable and I had no objection not being notified of the extra repair. This is just the kind of place I have been looking for. A business that notices and checks for other things that may be wrong with a machine, not just fix what I ask to be fixed and think it's fixed. I have used other repair shops and was generally satisfied with the quality of service and repair. However, I can clearly see that Sherwood's is a we'll run business who cares about the quality and craftsmanship of the work they turn out. Keep up the good work!!! read more

Unprofessional and ignorant. I went in to purchase a new chainsaw from them and the first thing I see is the father and son arguing in front of customers. Then they give me a chainsaw with the bar installed upside down, a chain that was too long and they put gas without 2 stroke oil. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to their shop. Had to exit the shop by side stepping there dog who was spread out on the floor and blocking my exit. read more
