They're great at selling things but if you have any problems at all you're in for a real adventure. You don't know which character you're going to get. Especially if it's something they don't want to deal with! Attitude for days and kind of slow at getting things done. How these guys have survived over the years I'll never know. They are at their best during a sale for sure. But not people sensitive or customer service centered at all after-sale! Very self centered. It's a shame because they do sell good products and maintain the facility very well. Their prices are HIGH but I guess they have to cover for the customers they've lost or driven away. I really wanted to continue to do business with them but wow, we just couldn't continue to do it. Sad.

Right after I called them, they sent someone to recover the truck, then found the issue within a few hours. It ended up being a blown rear end. They were able to fix it within a week and perform a few other tasks considering it was around the holiday. Great communication with the shop is always a big plus and friendly customer service at the front desk. You can always tell of a good shop when they're in good moods. It tells you they're not used to arguing with the customers hah.

The side view mirror wasn't functional or flush to the door. There were lots of paint drips and the hood was crooked. The windshield washer doesn't spray much on the driver side. I returned several times, but some things were never fixed.

Then Rob told me "I worry too much" on a subsequent call that I made. They never contacted me until then one month in their shop came up with a bill of $4500 when I didn't intend on paying more than $1500. Why not make it $12,000.00 or 20k? Any price they wanted. So I paid because they wouldn't give me the machine. Then the machine was returned to me. The tracks didn't work right. They came and repaired and left. Then they came back again because it was leaking still. They fixed that leak then left. It's still leaking and $2500 dollars later I have a machine that still leaks. Then they told me they didn't want to do business with me any more after coming to look at the last leak which isn't fixed. The work was done quickly and efficiently. I was pleased and told him that I would like to have him back to complete the other side of my property. However, a good number of the plants didn't make it. I waited until early summer, but the plants and some of the trees were dead. I call him, texted him, emailed him and received no response. I sent a certified registered letter and he rejected it. Rhett Goslar, is not honoring the contract, and now it is up to me to replace all plants and trees that he is refusing to replace. To this date, I expect to be out about $1,000 just to replace the trees and plants. This does not include labor which could be another $2,000. Do not hire Rhett Goslar. He is not an honorable businessman.

I went in kinda knowing what I wanted but wasn't married to the ferris by any means. As I was browsing, angelo came down and asked if I needed help. I explained that I wanted to buy a mower and was looking at the ferris is700. He was telling me that it was a great machine and it was a good choice, and I proceeded to tell him that the law enforcement discount was what was persuading me to it. He asked if I considered a scag for their hero discount. I asked what it was, and he said 15% off the entire thing compared to the 500$ off the ferris. He showed me a nice scag patriot and said it was just as nice as the ferris but for a lot less with my discount. No bear came through and was asking about what i was looking for, and he also was telling me how great of a machine the scag is. I asked about a power bagger, and he checked to see if they had one, and they did. I said, "Let's do it then." He offered me free delivery, and they installed the bagger for me and delivered it 2 days later. Angelo and no bear are absolutely awesome down there. They can find you any part and really know what they sell. I highly recommend them for any power equipment needs and look forward to using them in the future. Nice easy process from start to finish.

He pointed to doors leading to the shop area. As I approached the door's Angelo's son at the top of the stairs asked me what I was doing. I told him I had a pee problem. In a nasty demanding voice he yelled "There are no bathrooms here".....I am a returning customer looking to buy that day....I will never shop at this store. I had to go into the nearby woods to pee.. Can't help but think that such a hostile manner will affect their future business..
