My wife goes into the store. She had on a long winter coat. She's always cold. It's a medical condition. There are no inside pockets in that long winter coat that she wore open because then she started getting hot. She was overdressed, which happens to her when she goes into stores they don't have the air-conditioning set to 60. This was literally yesterday. She went out the day before and was freezing to death because of the windchill. She did not feel the need to explain this to the men that worked there. Unbelievable! She bought some batteries and was carrying them around the store. A man whose name we remember, we don't need to mention his name takes them away from her and says why don't you leave them on the counter? She she knew for sure that he thought she was some kind of thief because she was wearing a long winter coat. We all have weather whiplash. This man would not admit that he thought my wife was going to shop lift these batteries. She said she didn't see any sign saying do not carry merchandise around the store. She also did not notice any baskets one can carry the merchandise around it. Then the man continued to argue with my wife about how long the surge protector cord should be, and my wife kept saying what she wanted, and he kept arguing with her manslaining to her that she needed a long cord when she did not need a longer cord and we have very good reasons that we do not need a longer cord! My goodness! Prices are not cheap, they did not tell us the truth over the phone and then this happens. So not so happy;will avoid in future. Then she had to ask for a receipt. We hate that; a receipt should be given automatically.

Kitchen renovation is a very stressful process. The pandemic slowed down everything. But everything changed after we visited Kuiken Brothers in Wantage, NJ. The first person we met was Judy Radl. Even though we came without an appointment, she took her time to introduce us to the companies they work with. The moment we saw Mauser painted cabinets, we fell in love with their product. The countertop that Judy picked for us was gorgeous (we couldn't have picked better). We had to wait a couple months to meet Beverly Van Stone , designer at the Wantage showroom, but it was worth it. Beverly created for us a beautiful and more functional kitchen. All our questions were answered, we never felt rushed. The cabinets came on time, which is rare this days. Like any other project, we have some little problems to solve, but we have Beverly and Judy who took most of the stress off our backs. The kitchen is almost done and looks better and better as we get to the end of our project. We would highly recommend Beverly Van Stone and Judy Radl . They are amazing !!!! The door was too wide by 1/4'', so it won't close. I told the counter person and he said I should have known to size the door 1/4''smaller than the frame. He's supposed to be the expert, not me. He told me he would have to charge me almost as much as what the door cost to shave the door down to size. I will NOT do any more business there ever again.

I recently needed to pick up some pressure treated lumber. They were close to the job so I chose to go there. They sold me 2x8x12's at the counter. When I got to the yard to pick them up I was told they don't have them but they have 16's. I jokingly said can I bring the 4' of waste back? I just received the invoice for the adjustment. Over twice as much more for waste!! I called the owner to speak with him about an adjustment. He told me I shouldn't have bought them. If the guy inside said we don't have them I would have gone someplace else! Never in my widest dreams did I think someone would charge me twice as much for something I cant use. Your inability to stock your yard properly should not cost me. I'm Done doing business with you!

The space is a bit intimidating and with so much going on it seems daunting, but once inside the main sales and service space, the employees are very responsive and helpful. After talking to a cashier we were told to see customers service who would show us their snowblower stock and help with questions and purchases. They didn't have many snow blowers in stock as the season didn't start yet, but they did have one of the ones we were interested in. We worked with Bob and another sales lady (red-head, can't remember name). We came in on a Thursday and purchased the snowblower on the spot and they delivered it first thing that Saturday morning fully assembled giving us a short guideline on how to start it up. We had a really great and easy experience with Morristown Lumber and plan on using them for future services and supplies!
