Then Rob told me "I worry too much" on a subsequent call that I made. They never contacted me until then one month in their shop came up with a bill of $4500 when I didn't intend on paying more than $1500. Why not make it $12,000.00 or 20k? Any price they wanted. So I paid because they wouldn't give me the machine. Then the machine was returned to me. The tracks didn't work right. They came and repaired and left. Then they came back again because it was leaking still. They fixed that leak then left. It's still leaking and $2500 dollars later I have a machine that still leaks. Then they told me they didn't want to do business with me any more after coming to look at the last leak which isn't fixed. That half down was on October 16. He finally came to us on November 14th. He pushed us back for weeks. Kept saying he was finishing other jobs. Well when he finally came he didn't have enough fence because his computer program must have "delated" it. well he charges us an extra $4500, to purchase more fence. He completed the job today and our initial quote added on the $4500. Grand total of about $13,000. I like the fence and the guys who installed it. Not happy with Chris. Rhett Goslar, President, entered into a contract with me on or about Sept. 21, 2018. The job was…read morefor over 40K altogether. He even warranted all plants for one year. The work was done quickly and efficiently. I was pleased and told him that I would like to have him back to complete the other side of my property. However, a good number of the plants didn't make it. I waited until early summer, but the plants and some of the trees were dead. I call him, texted him, emailed him and received no response. I sent a certified registered letter and he rejected it. Rhett Goslar, is not honoring the contract, and now it is up to me to replace all plants and trees that he is refusing to replace. To this date, I expect to be out about $1,000 just to replace the trees and plants. This does not include labor which could be another $2,000. Do not hire Rhett Goslar. He is not an honorable businessman.
