He headed out while the fam cuddled in for some Scooby Do cartoons, and was back within 30 min. The team dropped everything they were doing, lifted the camper while attached to the car, and had those tires replaced in a matter of minutes (Trailblazer approximates 12 minutes). What a great team! I saw this shop online a few weeks ago and drove in to take a look. Keith was so helpful, knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. Despite being busy, he answered all of my questions. I left his shop feeling confident and determined to get the treatment done on my XJ. Fast forward several weeks later, I dropped my Jeep over to him and he explained EXACTLY what he was going to do. Whatever I wanted, he was more than willing to accommodate. It took several days but I was in no rush. He encountered issues with my Jeep (rusted bolts, hard to remove hardware and a few minor but troublesome items - no fault of his own) but resolved them expertly, keeping me in the loop via texts and calls. To make a long story short, he completely knocked the job out the park! He even went as far as doing little touches that I didn't ask for - all complimentary! Trust me, he could've charged me extra but he didn't. Bottom line - my Jeep was leaving his shop and it needed to represent! No doubt you can tell with this exuberant review that I was mighty pleased. I've been getting compliments left and right - even while driving! I took a stack of his business cards and already got two interested customers. Keith and his shop will be relocating soon to Walden NY but I'll be sure to follow him up there. They're that good. He's an honest, amicable and knowledgeable professional. I felt like I made a good friend who I can trust my Jeep to for years to come.
