Recently, I came out to find a mark on my fender not sure where it came from so I went to Fishkill autobody and asked them the best way I could remove it. Without hesitation the lady I'm sorry I don't know. Her name came out and looked at my car told me to hold on have a seat in the waiting area took my keys pulled my car in they proceeded to buff out the Mark so you can't even tell it was ever there.. They did not charge me a dime they would not take money I gave the guy a tip that did the work and left very happy once again. The people at Fishkill auto body go above and beyond with customer care I highly highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed if you need work done.

Their work was great and the extra care they provide to your car is amazing and provided added value to the service. What stands out for me is that I encountered a problem with my car after pickup. Even though it was unrelated to their work and they had no obligation to fix it, they quickly fix the minor faulty switch and helped me get back on the road.

The first time they had it in their shop, since I have known him, it took him over a month to get it back. One month later it had to go back for more repairs. Just recently the truck stopped running again. He had it towed back to Ketcham Motors. After a few weeks at their shop he finally got it back. The very next day it wouldn't start. He is having it taken to another repair shop, but my friend called them up and asked for a refund. They said they would refund him, but as of yet they haven't done it. I am no mechanic, but I know my friend has been taken advantage throughout his life because of his disability and I believe that Ketcham Motors is doing the same damn thing. I would never recommend this joint to anyone.

Complete ripoffs. 30 years in business and this is my worst experience Brought in to repair leaks…read more Rob told me "don't worry", when I asked about the price before it was finished. Then Rob told me "I worry too much" on a subsequent call that I made. They never contacted me until then one month in their shop came up with a bill of $4500 when I didn't intend on paying more than $1500. Why not make it $12,000.00 or 20k? Any price they wanted. So I paid because they wouldn't give me the machine. Then the machine was returned to me. The tracks didn't work right. They came and repaired and left. Then they came back again because it was leaking still. They fixed that leak then left. It's still leaking and $2500 dollars later I have a machine that still leaks. Then they told me they didn't want to do business with me any more after coming to look at the last leak which isn't fixed. My Phone is eight four five six six on two five seven zero if you want to know more. There isn't much more.
