Their creative problem-solving and dedication saved us a lot of money and heartache. Beyond that, their workmanship is outstanding: after they repaired our home's structural issues, we hired them them to replace our siding, with excellent results. Their attention to detail and commitment to excellence can't be beat in the industry--the quality of their work far exceeded that of a different company we had hired previously. They were also professional, courteous, and tidy on-site. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or hire them again.

I found the staff extremely helpful- even after I told them I was there for a remnant or supersale mark down for a basement. I take in dogs, and they're not all housebroken when I get them, so whatever goes on the floor, i want to be able to throw it out in a year without feeling bad. I was not a high end buyer, but they treated me like one. I didn't find a really cheap POS for the basement (i was really hoping for some god aweful pattern they were stuck with, but no luck), but I did find a great 8x10 rug for my diningroom that I was really excited about. Not at all what I went for. I have wanted to paint my house for a while in cool greys and pale blues you see in all the magazines, but between my warm wood toned furniture and terracotta tiles, it would never work- UNTIL I FOUND THIS RUG. I've been looking for years to find something to suit my traditional style that could bring in the warm clay tones with the blues and greys I wanted. I am so thrilled. They rolled it up and brought it out to my car. I was concerned it wouldn't fit, but I could have gone even larger becasue they re-rolled it the short way. Even if it didn't fit, they would have tied it to the roof for me. I loved this place. I could have spent all day here. The prices are reasonable, the rugs middle of the road good quality- no $20,000 hand woven stuff, but a lot of good quality at reasonable prices in the $200- $500 range. Not a lot of junk/low quality, if you're looking to spend under $100, you're pretty much out of luck for anything much bigger than a bath mat.

This is our second time going to Nick for great quality carpet with outstanding service. Our first…read moreexperience was right after we closed on the house. We were about to travel back to the state we were moving from when we used Yelp to find a family owned carpet business. We popped in and saw samples and picked what we liked. Here's the big thing, Nick met us at the house, early the next morning before we left to drive back home, and took all the measurements so the carpet could be ordered right away. His recommendations for carpet based off of possible wear patterns and our pets that were incredible - a year later and it all looks like it was just installed. He's so helpful and personable - you won't get that from a corporate place. Also, he came out and managed every aspect; no subcontracted crew that may or may not have been vetted by the big corporation. Today, now all our interior stuff is done, he did our entryway. Another stellar job!! We will be using him a third time for living room & dining room floors and we can't wait! Here's before and after pics. HIGHLY reccomend!

Personal Touch hits all the marks. We hired them to do hardwood floors in our upstairs, to replace 15 year-old horrible carpeting that had been through the ringer. They went above and beyond. All the little squeaks and moans that had been in our old floors are gone, because of their attention to their craft and detail-orientation. And the product itself is beyond beautiful. Joe and Joe Jr. are really good at what they do - they make all the angles work, are efficient, clean, and as unobtrusive as you can be when replacing all of your floors! 100% recommended with no hesitation or reservations.
