Part of the agreement included filling in all cracks before sealing, but several were left untouched. He also promised to apply two coats of sealant but barely managed one -- and the coverage was noticeably uneven. His equipment broke down multiple times (including different machines), causing a four-day delay in what should have been a straightforward job. It was clear throughout the process that he lacked the necessary knowledge and expertise for the work. To make matters worse, he caused a scene at the end, demanding payment despite the poor quality and incomplete work.
